I worked with Lauren and I have to say she went above and beyond to assist us from opening our accounts, assisting us with auto loan. Always answering all our questions and concerns. She is fast on returning phone calls or emails. She does care about her customers. This bank is so lucky to have Lauren on their side. Lauren, once again thank you for everything.

Florida Central Credit Union Lakeland is hands down the best bank in Lakeland! Fast, efficient, and attentive to their members needs. Mrs. Ileana is the absolute best! We have been members for many years and have seen quite a few employees come and go and Mrs. Ileana is the one constant familiar friendly face. She always goes above and beyond to help with anything we may need. I love that she is always happy and positive. She's a pure gem and brings joy to my day!

After paying off our Jeep with Florida Central Credit Union, we were on the market to purchase a 2023 SUV and ended up refinancing our other Sedan with them as well. They literally have the lowest rates, I couldn't find anyone else offering 2-3% other than FCCU. Lauren was my main contact, she provided me with an Auto Advisor who got me the best deal on our 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Lauren was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, anything she didn't know, she will find out! I will 100% recommend FCCU to anyone financing a vehicle.

Will never finance (or refinance) a car ANYWHERE else. Brian Germuth, Sr Member Service Specialist is REALLY, REALLY a true specialist. He doesn't just mindlessly read a screen! He truly helps and makes the process so unbelievable easy. I thought the days of helpful, attentive Customer Service were LONG GONE, but Brian proved me wrong!
