Horrible customer service. They have 1 teller doing all the work as the 2 managers stay in their office playing on their computers behind their desks while they see lines of people needing assistance.

I just left this location today and I don’t know the lady name but she was extremely rude to me, the other 2 lady’s seemed to have a lil bit of an attitude as well but the one was definitely rude, I was also thinking about opening up an account with them but from how I was treated today I changed my mind.

Tellers generally very pleasant management some good days some not so much want to be bothered but will help. Clean and sometimes has coffee.

If I could rate, this place a zero, I would. They never seem to be able to help and when you do call they give you attitude I don’t understand why you would want to work at a bank if you have no knowledge of how things work. Don’t apply for jobs that require customer service if you’re going to be rude. I will be switching banks after this

Used to love this bank when they had several tellers. Today I went to the drive thru and since only one teller for inside and out, took 15 mins. I was next in line and first car had already sent the carrier when I arrived. Not blaming this bank because I’m sure they’re told to keep costs down but considering Fifth Third made $2.7 billion in 2022 I’m thinking maybe we could have another teller.

They take 2-4 hours to get ahold of somebody, it's happened 3 times now! I'm on hold as I'm writing this review. I have 2 transactions on my account that are not correct, can't get ahold of anyone to get help. Only 30$ but that could be the difference of a bill that could have bounced, just so annoying. Waiting to get my nails done, sitting here in the salon waiting still!! I drive here so I wouldn't be late for my appointment, they are awful!!! Inside not bad, just don't try to get ahold of someone. Just ridiculous, nails are at 4:45. Well I could go on, however if I can just get one person to not bank with them I've done my duty. Beware of this bank

I have been banking with Fifth Third bank for over 20 years. Recently I moved to Florida and today was my first experience using a Fifth Third branch down here on Lakeland hills blvd. After my experience I will probably be switching banks. I had a difficult time understanding what I think was the manager who was talking to me about a loan for debt consolidation. Didn’t speak very good English. When he typed in my information and data he did it extremely fast and often made errors and had to go back and fix. That already made me nervous. Then once we had agreed to terms on a loan he showed me what the minimum credit score I would need to qualify was that was it. I knew based on the minimum he showed me I would be able to qualify.He said it would take about a day and they would call me. A few hours later I got a call that I was denied. He said the minimum qualifying credit score was actually more and he didn’t know. Extremely odd for a manager not to know that. It was then that he also told me running it probably dropped my credit score a little lower and even if I did pay off some debt to raise my credit score to the amount I can’t do anything about it for 32 days. A lot of that information would’ve been very important and good to know beforehand. Now I am forced to wait when this was a time sensitive issue. Absolutely disgusted.

The staff here at this location are absolutely fabulous and they know the banking and customer service business like no other. Whenever you need something, Fifth Third staff are always willing to help you beyond repair. Amanda Gonzalez, Teller Maria and Renee are very welcoming and understanding of consumer needs. Thank you guys again, 5/3rd is blessed to have you on their team.
