Very pleased with how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional matt was.
He walked me through my options and answered all my questions with easy to understand answers. Not only was he able to save me some $$ (which alone is enough for me) but he was also able to give me better coverage than I had with my previous ins policy!

He was polite, professional and very efficient, he went the extra mile contacting the roofing company to obtain information that would help me.. I was able to complete the process on line while strained out of the country due to the pandemia.. He is an asset to any company that recognizes an A+ employee..

Derek and Matthew went above and beyond is an understatement. We reached out to half a dozen insurance companies and sadly there was little interest as we were buying an old house and many just didn't want to put the work in. Both Derek and Matthew took us on and worked their butts off and we can't thank them enough. We will be recommending to all friends and family in the future!
