Our Penske truck ran a couple of hours late due to traffic. Two of our sons were waiting at the facility and spoke to the Manager regarding same. She was very kind in providing the necessary password and keys. She also allowed us to park the Penske truck inside the gates overnight prior to returning it to Penske the following morning. We’ve had our things in storage for less than 3 months and I’ve received notice that our 3 units are increasing by 60% for no reason other than the fact that it’s in their small print that they can do this.Note: this was not a promotional price that we recieved for a certain length of time. They’re just banking on the fact that no one wants to move all of their stuff and you’ll be stuck. Awful!Well I will not be that person. We will GLADLY move our things rather than pay crooks!Be very careful when using Extra Storage Space or any other storage facilities.

Even though they double your rent after 3 months they are pretty good. I know my items are safe in storage and the facility is nice

Rates always go up! But why would the rate for a new customer be literally half of a long term customer! Just my opinion!

The people here have been fabulous. Noah especially was super helpful upon my move out. We don’t normally use storage but needed it after my mom died to hold her stuff til we figured out what to do with it. They offered a great promo price, and when it went up after the promo, it was still reasonable. Noah was really helpful when we moved out, even following up with us to be sure we sent our keys back so we wouldn’t get charged unnecessarily. I have had some sketchy dealings with storage units in the long-ago past. These folks were honest, the place is clean and well lit, and I felt safe enough to go there alone in the evenings. Thanks, Extra Space. And thanks, Noah!

I have used this facility to store my daughters “stuff” while college was out of session and everyone who works there has always been so pleasant and accommodating. Other businesses could take a lesson in this kind of customer service!

Cleaner, Love that it is Climate control. My Ex-husband didn't care of my things were taken care of plus my pictures was rolling up because of the heat and dampness. Very pleased with the unit and it is on the first floor so didn't have to go in the elevator. Thank you. I'm very pleased with the unit and the price. My Daughter had to put her name on the lease because im disabled and she and my Granddaughter and future Grandson who. Will be marring my Granddaughter.
