They're familiar with LLC's, land trusts, double closings, they do it all, keeping up to date with new laws and regulations. Unorganized. The closer did not seem real confident in what she was telling my buyers. I had to explain documents. The closing packet wasn’t complete and Buyer’s and sellers had to come back and sign after the fact. Would not recommend.

They were troopers and stayed late with us to get the deal signed and completed. The closing paperwork had an error and needed a correction made. This required the paperwork to be re-sent to Equity Title by the mortgage company after the error was corrected.
