They allow you to make a reservation online, then you wait in the lobby 45 min after your reservation just for them to tell you they don’t have the vehicle you reserved. There were over 10 plus people waiting in the lobby and very under staffed

Pre warning NEVER use this Enterprise location ..as a decade plus Enterprise Plus member and with hundreds of rentals thru various locations across the country I never seen a more unprofessional manager in my life.. I walk in to the location told the lady at the front I’m here for my reservation pickup and that I had called to explain that I would be late she kindly takes my ID and card and then checks computer and then goes back to the manager to talk to.. I politely ask as my ride there is waiting outside if there any issues so I can let me ride know he can leave.. the manager tells me to hold on he’s checking something and then tells me the car I reserved is not available so I have to pay extra for upgrade I tell him my situation and that this never happens that since I’m a long time customer they usually just give me the upgrade at no charge… Not this guy he says since I’m late I would have to pay the upgrade which is from a Camry to a Malibu .. I think the guy is joking so I say wow you really must want a bad review and he says he doesn’t care about that.. then he proceeds to say he was gonna help me but since I Threatened him with a bad review he can’t help me .. then when I asked for his name so I can call corporate he wouldn’t give me his name he said to complain about the whole location but I didn’t want to do that because the other two employees had nothing to do with it .. Enterprise needs to fire this guy or keep him in the back cleaning cars where he’s supposed to be because his customer service is not one star it’s a zero at best..

Jesus was wonderful! Very professional and thorough in explaining the rental process. Very efficient! I liked that he introduced himself, shook my hand and asked if I had any further questions. Excellent customer service also provided by him when I returned the vehicle.

Put me in the tiniest vehicle knowing I had just been in a horrible accident where I was rear ended by an idiot exceeding 80 mphI freaked every time I had to drive it !

I rent numerous vehicles from Enterprise. I had in past rented many from different companies, ( When Enterprise unavailable) and it doesn't matter which one I went to, all were simply the best in customer service and they go over the top to make you feel important.Thank you Enterprise for years of great service to us your customers.

They was not helpful at all. I wanted a rental for one night and it costed me 450$ and I didn’t even end up getting it and didn’t get a refund. They took my money and they was not helpful at all about it.
