Not really sure why so many negative reviews, it's the week of Thanksgiving and one of the busiest travel times of the year people should have a little more patience. Ryan and his team were fantastic and went above and beyond. Thanks for everything you guys and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Have used this location for a few years now. Easy in and out. Not a lot of waiting. Have not had any problems. Started using the Enterprise app which makes process easier.

Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had at a place of business. I'd rate this place 0 if I was able to. My insurance company set me up with a rental from this place, to be paid in full by them. So I pick up the car and then two days later they called me to tell me how much was coming out of my bank account and I said that was fine, (assuming that I was paying out of pocket to then have my insurance reimburse me) But no almost a week later I realized they hadn't called me to just let me know how much they were taking (that I thought I'd be reimbursed for), they had lied about the so called "protection insurance" that I was only supposed to pay for once at 50 dollars for the entire time I had the car. Turns out it's not just 50 dollars up front, it's an extra $22 dollars A DAY. NO ONE made me aware of this, so these money-hungry people were just going to continue to take out that money. I went up to have it stopped and was told I'd receive all of my money back.. and guess what, I didn't.. out of the 250 they only gave me back 97. This place is a scam and they'll lie and cheat you out of your money. Now I'm out 153 dollars because of this awful place. I will NEVER be renting a car from Enterprise again, and I suggest everyone stay away from this location. OH! I didn't even mention how I tried calling them repeatedly only to be put on hold multiple times, even though they called asking me to call them back. I spent 30 minutes on hold with them when I finally decided to go up and just talk to them.. They had TWO people in the lobby and no one was doing anything. I left my phone on the line with them and while talking to one of the employees I saw him look down at their phone and continuously press the button to put me back on hold. (this had gone on for 30 minutes before this) So they just love not having to talk to anyone I guess because they will keep you on hold for hours.

I rented a car over the Labor Day weekend returning it on Sunday the 3rd. That morning we had washed our clothes at the laundry and placed them in the trunk. Well, worried about being late getting the rest of my business done before I took it back I forgot and left them in the trunk and Tues they brought them up me I'm so grateful for them and would recommend them to everyone

The mixed reviews here are very confusing to me. This is my second time at this location and both times the customer service was top notch. The staff are all busting their butts and working hard and I believe all doing their best. Had a great experience with Ryan and Alec this time. Last time was my first ever time renting a car by myself and that gentleman was also extremely kind and patient explaining things to me. Highly recommend.

Called and was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. Was not given the correct vehicle was given a much smaller one. When I called in to customer support, I was told they can’t answer my questions because theyre a Call Center and not actually Enterprise.Extremely displeased and wildly infuriated at this point.The office staff were at least friendly and quick.

Very happy with my rental experience here. Ryan was very helpful during my rental for the past 4 months. He shows great customer service and cares about his customers. I would come back here again the next time I need a rental. Thank you!

I've tried calling. They pick up the receiver and punch the hold button. Come into the lobby and watch them do it. I have repeatedly. I live close and was on the phone with their silent hold treatment while driving to the store, so I could have them on the phone, on hold, while I sat in the lobby. Magically the call got disconnected.

There was an issue with the first car they gave me and everyone worked quickly to get me in a different car! Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. They even texted me during my rental to make sure everything was good!!!

Do not rent from this carnival show. I booked a rental w a confirmation, then got a call from Mgr Ramirez saying sorry you r on a waiting list we don't have a car for you and to figure it out on your own. Told me not to come in. I was already there when he called me I had already made plans for someone to drop me off. Mr Ramirez did not care then told me again I don't have a vehicle for you. He just wanted me out of the office. Very rude. Said no other Enterprises had vehicles because they were all calling his office for cars. Said he may have a vehicle later then maybe not. I would give a zero if I could. Very poor service.

They would have gotten 5 Stars, But the $300.00 hold on my account was very unexpected and disappointing!! I Probably want return or recommend Enterprise to any of my friends and family!!!

Short staffed is not an excuse. It is neglect.I have been attempting to use Lakeland Fl. Enterprise on highway 98 North. My first rental was terrible. First, I reserved a midsized SUV several days in advance. The manager Ryan assured me that he would send a driver to pick me up in advance of my pickup time of 4pm and would call me 20 or 15 minutes before 4pm at about 3:55 I called and was on hold for at least 20 minutes as they would pick up and hang up the phone to avoid the call several times during this waiting period. Once they answered they said they would send someone. After about 20 more minutes I tried to call again but once again they would just continue to quickly pick up and hang up the phone without speaking to avoid the call. I tried to call customer service after a long wait. Someone said they transferred me to the Lakeland office, and I knew the same thing would happen again. I was still on hold when, eventually a ride showed, and I got to the branch at 5pm. I was on my trip from Fl to PA and about 4 hours into the trip the air conditioning condensate was leaking into the passenger side floorboard and amounted to about 3 inches of water in the car soaking the Items I had on the floor. When I called about the problem, I got the same runaround. The vehicle sounded like it had a bad rear end by the noise coming from the rear of the vehicle with over 55 thousand miles on it. When it started to rain as I was entering a busy intersection, I turned on the windshield wipers a saw that the wipers were completely shot and made visibility worse. I sprayed the windshield washer fluid, and it was chalky like mud and blinded me nearly causing a major accident. I eventually traded the vehicle for another at the Richmond Va. International airport. They said they gave me their worst vehicle because they were losing it. It was a Volkswagen SUV. It was better but the side view mirrors did not work right and made driving hazardous. When I returned the vehicle, it was a long experience and Ryan assured me I would get a premium vehicle next time to compensate. A couple weeks later I called to reserve another vehicle for 4 days. Ryan was not at work. Someone else helped me and I explained that Ryan said I would get a premium vehicle. The person told me not to book it online so they could take care of the upgrade when I came in. He said he booked a standard SUV. I told him I needed a pickup and reminded him that last time the ride did not show and please ensure this will not happen again and he said he noted this in the system and that I would receive a call about 20 minutes prior to the arrival of the driver. I told him the pickup time was 10 am so I was expecting a driver at about 9:45 and he assured me again that it would not be forgotten. On the day scheduled at 9:55am, I called to see if someone was coming to pick me up and once again, I was immediately put on hold and could hear each time they would pick up and hang up the phone avoiding the call. Once on the phone the person said that someone was on the way. When the driver arrived at 10:25 the driver said he had just been notified after 10 am. This pickup experience was no better and I ended up with a midsize SUV that does not have the front distance follow feature I had told them I would like. When I reminded him again that I was supposed to get a premium rental he asked if I could wait for a while for them to get a premium vehicle ready and that it would have more miles on it than the one, he showed me that is a 2021 Chevy trailblazer with 34606 miles. As I was already late for a meeting, I accepted the midsize SUV. I hope to arrive alive.

First I walked in at 8am was not greeted with a hello or anything. This gentleman asked me for my license and proceeded to ask all the questions. I told him I don't have second phone number. He proceeded to tell me I couldn't rent without one. I said that's ridiculous and made up a number. He said he wasn't going to rent to me with a fake second number.Then he said this a private business I don't have to rent to you and you can leave now.I literally was like ok ill give you my work number. He than stated to get out. I had to call the police to have them assist with a rental. Even the gentleman infront of me gave me his business card and told me, if he needed to talk to the police he would.After waiting for the police I called to cancel as I'm sure these officers have better things to deal with.I got a ride to the other enterprise on memorial. I was greeted by two employees with a smile and a hello. In and out in less than 10min.AVOID RYAN ON 98 NORTH ENTERPRISE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT THIS BRANCH SHOWED UP TALKING ABOUT HOW RUDE HE IS.I ATTACHED A PICTURE SO YOU CAN SEE AND AVOID HIM.
