HORRIBLY RUDE skinny white boy working as a “tech”. Kept telling me we aren’t in the system and that they didn’t have his medications but another one had filled one and I could go get it there. All this after I told him I’m not from here the prescriptions are I. The system I had literally just spoke to my drs office and my hometown cvs and both said they were. My boyfriend had to chime in and tell him to have the other prescription that was filled by another transferred this one we weren’t driving across town. Got to the car and got a text from CVS saying something about the prescription. So I went back in and told him we had received a text about the prescription and I was wondering what it was for because it wasn’t clear. He started with a rude tone in which his exact words were well right now it’s at an imaginary pharmacy somewhere and insurance can’t find it so when I can get ahold of the insurance and they find the magical pharmacy we will get it for you! Such a patronizing attitude and tone he should be fired. I’m not a child and will not be talked to like one by a “boy” wearing a diamond ring.

Customer service this morning was RIDICULOUS! My Dr. Filled my prescription on Friday. (It's Sunday) I arrived to pick it up and was told I needed to wait 2 hrs. I explained to them, I can't wait that long. The tech then came back and said they can fill it in 30 min. 30 min later I circled around and she snarked at me" It will be 15 more min I told you 30 to 45 min." To which I replied, no, you said 30 min, but I will circle back around again." She threw up a thumbs up and rolled her eyes. ? I get everyone van have a bad days, but it's not my fault! Its been over 48hrs since my script was called in, I have plans for the day and I have to take the med early. Which is why I arrived when they opened. To the lady with the monarch butterfly tattoos, Do better!

I LOVE that in addition to the great greeting card selection, there are beautiful plants and floral arrangements in stock to choose from, on holidays. I can get everything I need in one place and that makes me very happy! I LOVE CVS and I LOVE the coupons and extrabucks!

This pharmacy runs so below average it's a serious problem. They are often out of medications...they don't ever call you to inform you, they don't offer another location to find you what you medically need when they can't fulfill it, they don't even offer to review your new medications once you actually get them. The most cranky unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever conversed with!! Do they understand that most of their customers are indeed sick and need their help and guidance?? Do better guys!! Re-training is something you all need sprinkled with empathy and compassion. You're providing US a service! Poor poor management.

Had to make an emergency run for items my daughter forgot. When I arrived at the door at 9:55 the lady standing in the doorway waiting to close the door informed me that I had one minute. She did not ask if I needed help locating my item. I asked her where the items were located and quickly gathered my items. I went to do the self check out and the machine was asking me to clear the bagging area which was clear. I stood there until five after ten while she slowly checked the person before me, manually opened the door for the previous customer, then checked my items, went back to manually close the door which left me waiting even longer for her to come back to hand me the receipt.All in all, the employee was more concerned with closing than customer service.If CVS’ equipment was functioning or the employee was focused on the right things, I would have been in and out before “closing time.”

I'll them a star for answering the phone, but that it. Horrible service in the pharmacy. Lied to about my prescription. Didn't have it in stock and didn't bother to tell me until I came to get it. And refused to transfer it to another pharmacy. "Well I don't know, when we'll get a supply in, you'll have to wait" possible wait time of 2 business days maybe more... Completely blew me off and non caring attitude. Merry freaking Christmas to me right? Horrible people. Moving to a new pharmacy.. my entire family. Wow!

Waited in line for half an hour at the pharmacy and finally pull up for my turn at 1:28 and they put out a sign that they’re closed from 1:30-2 and refuse to help me. It’s entirely unprofessional to ignore a customer and walk around eating pizza trying their best not to make eye contact.

Absolutely the slowest pharmacy! Was promised rx by 1 and now 2:30. You go to the dr in pain at 10 and can’t get a rx for at least 5 hrs or more. You cannot even get a person to inquire. Yesterday I waited an entire day and the rx was not ready.
