I wish I could leave a minus 5 stars for this place. they have the worst customer service ever. I never seen a place with lack of empathy to patients in my life. No matter the time of the day, they are always busy with no time for patients. Now they dont even pick the phone, you will have to leave a Voicemail and they never call back.

Their customer service is horrible. Had to switch to them when I moved. Now they don't take phone calls. Put you in voicemail they never answer. Are they begging you to do business elsewhere?

I really like this CVS location. It is always very clean, and I have never had a problem. Good place to get snacks, cards, holiday items. I love that it is always open, if I need something, 24 hours. Really great people. Maria is exceptional. Shauna, David, and Khalif are also wonderful to interact with, helpful, and personable.

Just left the CVS I’m a veteran and my son has a very bad ear infection I was helped by Srinivasa I know navigating the VA system is really hard he did an excellent job digging and finding a solution my pharmacy prescription went from $135 to $29 I would have paid full price based on his customer service I’m so glad that CVS has pharmacist that put people before price. They have a customer in me for life I really really appreciate the help

*** Poor service *** There is this small frame girl with glasses that is either naive or just doesn't care.... there was this old gentleman standing there and was waiting for help. that girl saw him there and asked a lady in "back" of him how she can help.... well the pharmacist saw that and came to the rescue and helped that poor man who just wanted to pick up his meds. Sad to see something like that and maybe this is why there are so many new hires in this store .... "DO BETTER CVS"....

This pharmacy is rude. They NEVER answer the phone and when they answer they put it on mute so you can't hear anything until you hang up. It doesn't matter what time of day you call. I have to call the front of the store and they are very kind and transfer me back, but it takes several calls and eventually someone going back for me and telling them to actually answer the phone or even as far as them getting handed the phone. It's truly ridiculous and poor management on their end. Not everyone can stop by the pharmacy every time they have a question or need to get some information.

This location lacks customer service, and the only reason I do business here, is because it is dictated by my prescription plan - today's visit tops them all! Went to pick up prescription at the drive thru, gave them my credit card for the $6 purchase, and was required to sign a credit card receipt! wth

This pharmacy is the worse! Everytime I go there to pick up a prescription I have to deal with rudeness and the pharmacy staff acting like they are being bothered. I went inside to pink up a prescription and was told by they pharmacist that he was busy and would help me when he finished what he was doing.... Really??? The only reason I go here is because it's right by my house and open 24 hours. I work long hours and can't make it to other pharmacies before they close. The worse customer service ever every time I go there.

They refused to refill my son's prescription Because supposedly in their records I wasn't a Lakeland resident. I just haven't updated it, but they didn't let me explain. The pharmacy manager was very rude and unprofessional about it.

Just called them to find out if my daughter can mix two different medication‘s. The woman told me the pharmacist was busy and then when she asked which medication and I told her she hung up on me I called back and now they’re saying they can’t take my call.
