Bob, the manager at the Lakeland Fl CubeSmart was not only a pleasure talking with, he was extremely helpful with getting me set up with the proper size storage unit to fit my needs. The whole process was extremely easy, so I highly recommend CubeSmart.

Very courteous & professional. They held our reservations for two weeks so we could get our travel trailer down and park. Very clean facility. Cameras protect the property. Plus they’re located on a very busy busy highway.

Kim was polite and professional. I go out of work at they closed at 6 pm but she understood that renting a unit was far most important and took out the time to wait after hours for me atleast ten mins and showed me the unit and explained everything with much patience! This is our first time using but we are excited The unit we got is way bigger than what we thought and it has lots and lots of room we put a two bedroom trailer furniture and all on top of a 12x10 shed full of tools in there we really appreciate it all Great place

I was professionally greeted and walked through the steps to get the rental agreement completed. Went over entering and exiting and hours to do this. Was given the name and number to contact if assistance needed. Very professional
