Absolutely horrible customer dared me to tell corporate about their customer service said corporate doesn't care and told me me to F myself. His solution to a phone not working properly after apple tested the phone and said the issue is with the SIM card communicating with the network was to call his tech buddy (not cricket tech support) who had no answers. His only solution was for us to pay for a new sim card. When I balked at that suggestion his response was "oh well to bad for you". This was the cricket store in north lakeland on 98 not the location in the mall.

I bought a phone that would work on 5G. The Google Map did not work. Went back to this place more than 8 times. So on 8th times, one of the worker just screams at me, tells me to call Google. I said, will do that, but you do not need to scream. Should have told me on my 2 or 3rd visit. If they do not have knowledge, it is not my fault. Bad service.

Buyers beware the store manager kaley completely lied to me just to sell me a mobile hot spot and make commission. Paid 170$ for everything went home it didn't work for what I asked her twice if it would work for which was work from home. Went back within week I had to return it only got 60$ back so lost over 100$ because of her lies. The employee that did the return didn't even turn off my service I had to call a few days later and complain and finally get the service cut off got charged extra ofcourse. Zero stars from me scam artist liars.
