The customer rep was very helpful and friendly. She greeted me as soon as I walked in today and answered all my questions and explained everything about the phone I was looking at.

I'm a senior who only has a mediocre knowledge of the phone technology but the customer wraps at the store have always been wonderful to me change settings as I've asked or showed me how to do it and cleaned up problems I'm very happy with their service

This location treats its elderly clients very poorly. My neighbor purchased her phone at this location. She returned to buy a charger with a longer chord. She relied on their recommendation but when she got home she realized the charger had the wrong connector for her phone. She saved receipt, box and bag. When she tried to return it they wouldn’t even let her exchange it for the proper charger. Instead they tried to convince her to buy more items to make the charger they had sold her work. The total cost to her would have been around $45. Ridiculous.

This location treats their elderly customers very poorly. My neighbor bought her phone from here and returned to buy a charger with a longer chord. She relied on their expertise and recommendation was sold a charger with the wrong connection for her phone. She kept receipt, the box, etc. When she returned they would not take it back or exchange it for a charger with the proper connector. Instead they tried to convince her to buy another gadget for $20 to make the first charger work.

Terrible company that doesn't warranty any of the stuff that they sell they sold me a phone with a broken texting keyboard never would fix it never would replace it and it was like this from the day I bought it, take your business elsewhere
