“Update: I finally got in contact with someone today and they were very kind and got my problem solved. Changing my star rating now but will come update if I need to.I tried to wait it out and let them handle it. But it seems like I am never getting my money back. The interactive teller machine took my check and locked up. After trying to get it to spit the check out I was informed my best option was to get another check or they would mail it back to me in a week after the machine was audited. I reached out on FB and got corp to call and she was kind and apologized. Gave me the info for the service center manager. A week came and went and I have not had any update. I emailed the service center manager yesterday and called corp back and left a message. Over 24 hrs after reaching out there has been no response. The check should have been in my mailbox 2 days ago but they have not even contacted the account holder yet. Very frustrated. I guess I have to go in tomorrow to try and get answers about my money.”

“Great bank, but they need to do some thing customer service wise for after hours there’s nothing more embarrassing than being locked out of your account while you’re at a restaurant and not having the money and then you try to call but they close at six and no help on the weekends stuff happens on the weekends the peoples money all the time as well. Now I’m currently trespassed from my favorite restaurant because I’m locked out of my account and couldn’t pay???♀️”

“Midflorida was of our favorite place to go. Always helpful on the spot. Automated machines not so great. The new phone system is more than inadquate and causes more problems than you had when you initially started. To say more than frustrating is an understatement. This is not the fault of employees. After going through a day of paramount frustration with the phone system I finally gave up and went in personally. After speaking with a very nice Branch Manager Robert Dougherty he got me a new card and addressed the fraud issue. If it were not for him I would have withdrawn my entire account and closed it. MidFlorida you can do better with your phone system. Not fair to your employees to take the flake for this.”
