People are always friendly and fair! Facility is very clean! Cars are priced very reasonable and have something for most peoples price range. They also offer warranties with most purchases!

Me and my husband are currently buying a car. It runs great so far. But the women in the payment office are rude. I came in with over $500 to pay on the car and all the lady could say is, 'we were just about to repo your car.' mind you, we were exactly 24 hours late. They are extremely unprofessional. And not to mention the last time i came in with a payment they stated they were just about to repo my car again. But this time because we didnt have insurance. It lapsed for 3 days, and it specifically states in the contract that they CANNOT repo for insurance. They are very shady and unprofessional. You would think an older woman would have some class and respect and maybe some maturity.
2024- They ended up repossessing my car for my insurance lapsing 1 day. When they took my car, I was homeless with my children. My children’s baby pictures were in the car. I can never get that back. Don’t buy any vehicle from here. Save your cash, buy something out right. These people will come repo your car, even if you’re up to date on your payments. Because I was when they took my vehicle.

Had a great experience buying a trailer from Checkered Flag. Both Rocky and Wilson were very helpful with the buying process and John in the shop was very helpful tying up some last minute fixes with the equipment.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Checkered Auto Sales. I also purchased a 12 month warranty to go along with the vehicle . I was assured by the salesman "Wilson" that my vehicle was in perfect shape . "Wilson " also assured me that any problems would be covered by the 12 month warranty . Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle it started having multiple issues . I took the vehicle to a professional auto mechanic . The mechanic diagnosed my vehicle with multiple problems . With the total for parts , labor, shop supplies and sales tax I am looking at whopping bill of $4,576.30 . The professional auto mechanic informed the company that I had purchased the warranty from "NVP Warranty" only to be told that none of the issues with this vehicle are covered under the warranty . I am in utter shock right now ! I gave Checkered Flag Auto Sales all the money I had ! They are a bunch of crooks !

Very bad servicing and bad treatment with those at the workshop and everything until they throw you out of the premises because you are missing a very bad experience. And I was a very punctual customer and they treated me like garbage. They got the GPS out broke very pastic covers never paid me. Yolks bought and they didn't pay me ..they told me is pay off no more business with you f k ING DESPOTAS. I felt helplessness

The worst place to buy a used vehicle ever? My husband went here and by a 2013 Nissan Ultima sport.Made it 1 day and everything decided to go wrong with this car.Everlight on the - was on the motor was shaking uncontrollable.And there was no fluid in the car when he got it. He called the car lot.When was toad there's nothing they can do it was a car as is. Which is ridiculous?Knowing flana has no women law they decide to sell people.Find a part cars.Well charging them.Thousands and thousands of dollars out of pocket. We call the car lot sent the car to them. They have my car for a week.Give it back saying there was nothing wrong with it. The car continued to smoke.It continue to have no ac An also continued to shake on controllible.Within call the Car lot again wanting to speak to the owner . They then said the owner was not available and that there was nothing they could do. Finally my husband got it through their brains to look at our car again. They didn't sound out that we had multiple things wrong with our car. Then they kept our car for 2 weeks. Power saver was multiple things wrong with it.And that we needed thousands of dollars just to fix it. They also told us that the money that we gave them to fix the vehicle they would put towards our payments that was a lie they completely did not do that. We then got the car back. It was running fine for 2 weeks then started everything completely again. Overheating the motor was shaking it was making weird sounds We didn't cannot drive it They came in repo my car because we refused to pay them for a car that they refused to fix. Please be aware of scammers because that's what this business is. Please people do not buy your car's from checkered flag. It is nothing but a rip-off in a scam.. They just take thousands of dollars from people who absolutely have nothing to their name. want people to continue to pay for a vehicle that will not run.

I check 22 car dealership from big car dealers to small mom and pops car dealers in Lakeland Florida and 23 car dealer we got to and about to close up for the day found the rite car for my daughter I went there myself to buy me car I paid it off early and then bought a truck that same day so my family is happier now we found checker flag auto is the best dealer in automobile in all of Polk county
