Whatever you do, please do not use this ATM. You're going to wait in line for 30-40 minutes for a broken machine that can't dispense money or even change screens. Please trust me, just don't do it. Go to the Chase on the other side of the city (even then their machine is still down from time to time but it's not as bad thankfully). Don't waste your time.

This bank needs education on treating people right, how on earth chase bank is still open is beyond me... if I could give negative stars I would. Your bank tellers need a lesson in manners.. I hate this bank always trouble when we come in... this is why we don't bank with no one.. brought a check in to cash it the women said sorry I can't cash it all do to our sick client made a mistake on the check and forgot to initial it.. when all they had to do is call him..so we took it to regions guess what? They cashed it. Your bank needs to shut down .

Bank manager and employee have zero customer service. All I had to do is add my wife to my account so she can transfer from her bank. We waited 20-30 minutes, arrived there about an hour before close. We told the lady what we were there for and she came back many moments later just to tell us we couldn’t be helped because it’s too late in the day. They did zero things to try and handle and work with us. They are more focused on going home than doing their jobs. With our schedules, we can’t drop what we’re doing to set appointments because either we’re on call or dealing with our business and was told we could walk in. Horrible customer service and horrible communication. I truly understand why this location is so low in stars and not recommended by many people. I have a business and personal account with Chase and expected to be served better, especially from a big bank.

Little girls fir tellers with barely a high school education work here. They contradict themselves even as they speak and have no clue how a bank works.

This bank is always broken it is never open and to top it off in this city there are only two chase banks should do at least two more so that customers do not have to travel from north to south..??

Not a lot of good reviews for Chase Bank, I don't believe this Bank is what it seems to be I couldn't even cash a check that was written from a CHASE account I had to call an 800 number as they have removed all management responsibility from the branches leaving the people working there impotent.

This bank is going down slowly. You have to make an appointment a week out to do anything with your account even though bankers are literally sitting at their desks doing nothing and no other customers are in the bank. And let's not talk about how inconvenient it is to drive all the way there and the outside ATM is not working (as usual) and they no longer allow customers to utilize the inside ATM after hours like they used to.And what bank does not have a notery???? I give up...I've been with Chase for over 20 years but I think it's time for a change.

I had gotten a job that they were requiring me to have a business account to process payments and the company told me to go there and open a business account, I am so grateful for the bank manager for finding out that the company I was working with was nothing but a scam.. Thank you so much for your professionalism. Keep up the great work

I needed to open a certain kind of account that chase offers. Banker could not explain what document I needed but was required to open this account. It made no sense being I'd given all the other documents I was asked to provide except for the one document which "has a name" but was not able to describe other than it was needed. I asked for an email stating what the document is. I still have not received the email.

Every time I go into Chase Bank or use the drive thru, I am met with helpful and friendly employees.

Worst bank ever, nothing ever works, people are rude, and never has money for a bank. Everyone should be fired.Wasting a lot of peoples time. Line of 17 telling them to wait an hour, just to tell them to go home Bc the workers don't want to help them. Manager very racist towards the color customer. Truly pathetic location and staff.

Customer service is good however I’ve never had a harder time depositing money at a bank after hours. Both ATM’s here are always broken, the drive through ATM was down for months. They finally replaced it and it is still having issues. This makes my life absolutely miserable as a small business owner and I’m sick and tired of wasting my time and gas.

I recently had an issue with a deposit and was locked out of my account. Getting it resolved was hands down, the most difficult thing I've ever had to deal with as a customer. However, the branch VP, Luis Nuñez, truly went above and beyond to try to get everything resolved and get me back into my account. He took hours out of his day to help me and never stopped trying until I was satisfied. While the situation that led me to Luis was beyond frustrating, his commitment to the customer is unmatched. Even though it was out of his control, he made sure to make my bad situation slightly less stressful, which sent me home with a different perspective. If Luis is a representation of the level of customer service Chase Bank provides, then I would choose them over any of the five banks I've ever held accounts with.

The only time I can use the ATM is after work bc chase is so far from my house and by 7pm the line to use the SLOW indoor ATM is MASSIVE. It’s been broken for so long! Please fix.
