This location needs new Management. A Customer walks in, WAITS IN LINE, and is then told the procedure to Wire money and must now go wait AGAIN. How is a Customer who walks into the Branch supposed to know this? Why is there no signage or lobby director? Time is money and my time has been wasted due to poor Management.

Have very rude tellers, not helpful, might as well close it down wait times are ridiculous,no sign in sheet ,no drive through, and as im trying to gwt help I get informed the teller who was rude is the assistant manager, don't recommend at all

They should really have a sign in sheet, because after waiting for an hour they skipped me with several people and couldn’t figure out who was next just a mess. The tellers will make conversations not about banking with other costumers knowing they have a big line just very unprofessional

Chase a banking institution i have no problems with. Ive held my accounts through them sinse 2008 i believe and am certainly not complaining about the account as a whole, rather, the north lakeland chase location. I cannot recall a single experience with this branch that was pleasant, or even satisfactory. Each time ive had to use the inside services of the branch, you almost have to argue with them to even hear you out. The common practice here is to deflect and redirect so that you do not have to burden the tellers / bank staff with having to do more than stand around talking with each other. Yesterday i entered my location. To have some forms for my daughter notarized. The location only has one notary, apparently, and she was off on Tuesdays. Not a problem. I inquired specifically about having to make an appointment and was assured that was not at all necessary. Upon arriving today i was placed in line behind one other customer. Also, not a problem. When it was my turn, wouldnt you know it..someone with an appointment was now next. I needed a few papers stamped with the notary seal. They opened a new account as well as credit cards being set up. Why is your only notary opening new accounts while half of your other staff sit by idly conversing with one another? I ended up walking out as i had already been sitting there for an hour and a half. Completely unacceptable behavior for a professional institution

This is my local branch. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I have had to come in to have documents notarized and to do normal banking transactions and have never had a problem. The only negative is that it is located on a corner right next to a Chick-fil-A and the traffic is awful at lunch and dinner hours.

Dora sucks as a teller and provides horrible customer service. I closed my accounts due to her nasty and rude attitude. Chase bank should provide its tellers some customer service training and common sense.

ATM at this particular location is almost always down. The only entrance to their parking lot congested with the line to the fast food next door and also those fast food customers takes the parking spots assigned to the bank several times and are rude. Customer Service inside sometimes is good and others terrible depending in the teller, not too consistent. This has been for some yrs now and stills same or worst.

I love the customer service of this bank. I most say I’ll give Alexandra Vasquez a A+++ for her customer service skills. I have had always good customer service with Chase Bank but this young lady has outdone everyone in Chase Bank or other banks I have done business with. I’m writing this because employees like her deserve to be recognized and recommend for their excellent professionalism.

ATM is always malfunctioning. Should consider having an on call technician for it . I tried to tell the security guard about it as the inside of the bank wasn’t open he didn’t seem to care so that’s great to know .

Why is the ATM always down? I mean it’s a little ridiculous that I can’t take money out of my account after hours without either driving 30 minutes to the next branch or paying double fees at Publix because my bank has 2 ATMs that never work!!!!!

The oriental teller was extremely unfriendly feisty not sure what had her in such a bad mood but did not make me feel welcomed whatsoever to depositing such a large amount in my account! Tips to the teller keep your personal life out of work life, put yourself in customers shoes if you would not like to be spoken to looked at inappropriately or not helped accordingly I say your in the wrong Career and in it for just a paycheck.

I've been with this company for almost 10 years and have had it with all the broken doors, atms never having money and always taking money. I can't wait till the day they fire whoever is in charge of keeping this bank running ? don't waste your time folks I promise you.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this is the absolute worst branch I’ve ever been to. Between the ATM’s always being down, out of money, touchscreen issues, inside being closed, it’s always something with this location, I’ve brought it up to staff multiple times and they say there is nothing they can do. I can only imagine how many people have left chase because of this location alone. They are losing another customer of 10yrs. I will be going and closing my accounts tomorrow. Who knows, maybe they will be miraculously closed like their atms have been. Lol. This location needs an overhaul, or a relief location. 10/10 would not recommend.
