Missy is the best. She is so good that she is severely underpaid, that's how good she is. She will go the extra 2 mi for you. She hands you the information so easy like food on a silver platter. She's very very knowledgeable with her profession but at the same time very very courteous, respectful, kind and a little bit of humor. I recommend the whole world to go to this real estate agency, again to this one specifically on 1818 harden boulevard in Lakeland. When it comes to your car insurance trust me you will not regret meeting Missy. And to her boss that's reading this, not only do you have an absolute treasure amongst you but I believe that she should be paid triple her current salary.

Horrible customer service from Rob and Caz. Rob was the one that claimed he could get my insurance transferred from Tx to Fl without paying the 6 months in advance up front as I was a long time customer of State Farm. He clearly lied and had I known he couldn’t live up to his word, I would have kept my insurance in Tx I had for State Farm. Caz claimed he would follow up and get it handled and never did. This agency although only a small entity of State Farm sucks. I would avoid using this particular agency as they completely dropped the ball and I had to be the one constantly calling to follow up each week. I’m the customer, they should be following up with me keeping me updated on the process not the other way around. I ended up leaving State Farm altogether and I been with them for 18 years with no issues, until trying to move back to Florida and transfer my insurance from state to state. Because of their lack of customer service experience, it has placed State Farm in a negative light for me. I rather take my money some place else that values me as a customer.

They were so helpful! They gave me a great rate and were very responsive anytime I had questions or concerns. My transition to state farm through this office was easy and fast! Definitely a great office!!

I switch back to State Farm a few months ago and chose Caz Piurowski. Jordan and the rest of his office staff were amazing. They took the time to go through each coverage and make sure my policy was everything I needed.
