Far better than any of the drive thru ones in the area that have people doing the inside (and then you have to do the interior again yourself), and saves me the energy of doing it myself on those days when I just can't muster the strength. A "basic inside and out" looks like it was detailed! Very affordable! I highly recommend you check them out!”
“Shawn was able to come out last minute to detail a vehicle I had to get cleaned quickly. He was fully booked for the day but made the extra effort to come out late because he knew I was in a bind. It had been full of sand and pet hair which can be tricky to get out of fabric but he did an amazing job. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend!”

“I would first like to thank the team at Hands On Car Wash on Florida Ave. These guys went above and beyond today for my car. I spoke with a gentleman who drives all the way from the north side of Lakeland just because of the outstanding job they do here. They work with incredible attention to detail and do it without expecting a tip. When you see the level of effort that goes into their "car wash," you realize they deserve more than what they charge.
Today, they even installed my son’s new car seats. I noticed a one-star review on this page, but I was here for their "car wash" and can’t understand it. While deciding what service to choose, I saw a stunning, almost deep candy red AMG. When I asked what package that car had, the worker told me it was just a standard car wash. I was amazed—it was so shiny that I thought it had a special paint job! So when I heard that the one-star review came from the owner of that car, I couldn’t believe it. His car was the reason I decided to go with Hands On Car Wash!
I can tell you they are worth the drive. You won’t regret it.”

“I walked into dealership, Emmy recognized me and started the process to get my oil change done, she set up my shuttle ride back to my work and even scheduled an approximate time they would return to pick me up to return me back to dealership. When I came back she processed my paperwork and had me out the door within a couple minutes. She was fantastic, life is hectic and to stand around and waste time is frustrating, she made sure that did not happen. GREAT customer service”

“Car wash prices went a lil something like… Basic $6 Deluxe $10… then a couple more expensive options, they have 2 drive thru options, one is touch free. The changing lights during the wash was very cool. Had plenty of space for vacuuming & had a carpet shampooer next to each vacuum, I didn’t get to use those tho to see if they worked properly.”

“I stopped in here to get gas and something cold to drink. The entry to the store was convenient pulling in from South Florida Ave. At the time, no masks was required. However, I wore my mask going into the store for safety. I found a large bottle of water and Gatorade was on sale. The cashier was friendly, prices were not overpriced, and the transaction was efficient. The beverages were very icy cold to consume, which is a huge plus. Pumping gas was not an issue. This store was fine during my visit. Nothing fancy, but it was clean.”

“I went through bay 1. Paid for the $8.00 wash and got my receipt. The machine never came on. I googled the name of the car wash and spoke to an operator about what happened. She told me to go to the next bay and gave me a code so I didn’t have to pay again. The bay I moved to had no issues.”

“Had a wonderful experience. Manny greeted us. He was knowledgeable and honest about our Jeep Wrangler. Came to check on us afterwards showing us all the equipment and offering to help us if we needed anything. The customer service was great! The facility was super clean and the prices were reasonable. We will absolutely be back.”
