“The Lakeland Enterprise branch, especially Patience, went above and beyond when the Plant City branch did not have a vehicle to fill my reservation. Patience stepped in and put us in a brand new vehicle and we were on our way (two hours late due to the Plant City branch calling to let me know at 11am that there was no vehicle for me to pick up at my 12pm reservation time, nor did they truly attempt to find a replacement vehicle at a different branch). We called the Lakeland branch and Patience said she would hold a vehicle for us and indeed she did. (Enterprise would not honor the amount of my original reservation and I had to pay a substantial amount more for the vehicle at the Lakeland branch which I am still waiting for corporate to make good on this) If I ever rent another vehicle from Enterprise I will go to the Lakeland branch on E. Memorial and ask for Patience.”
“Had an amazing experience, Olson worked with me to get me into a very nice and clean vehicle, while repairs were being done on my vehicle. Enterprise came and picked me up from the body shop and worked very efficiently, to get me in a vehicle and out the door. Thank you again for the professionalism and amazing customer service. “Avis car rental has always been very professional, accommodating and prompt. Whether it’s been in Miami, Keywest, West Palm, New Orleans, Detroit or San Francisco I have never had any problems or unpleasant experiences dealing with Avis. I can’t say the same for Enterprise, however.”

“I gave this location 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. The gentleman went beyond the call of duty to make sure the rental was a success. He calmed me down when I had an issue with my credit card and explained in detail about another option I had. I did not tell him that I had an emergency but I can tell he was really concerned and kept assuring me everything was going to be alright. He was right Everything worked out Great. I highly recommend doing business with this Hertz location and the gentleman who runs the office. Thank you so much.”
