The truth is, it is a workshop that I do not recommend, I do not recommend it, they took too long with my car, I did not like the work they did to the car, I was very, very dissatisfied, it really is better to take your car to a recognized workshop.

Repair work looks great! I had to inquire twice about the status of the repairs, but I expected that, as well as completion being a week later than their initial estimate. More damage is always discovered after they actually make the repairs in the estimate. Their staff was a pleasure to deal with, and I would certainly use them again.

It took them about 5 weeks for a bumper and grille job, and my truck was never fixed to pre-accident condition. They called me multiple times to say it was repaired correctly, and it was not. The first time they called and stated it was complete, I noticed they had not aligned the bumper to the fender correctly, and there were paint chips from the repair process. I had to convince the manager to fix this, and he was irrate at me for something they didn't do correctly. This same manager, who supposedly got fired, stated he would have the bumper caps painted and gapping fixed. They called for the second time and said it was completed. This time, they had the bumper to fender gap fixed. However, they had blue touch-up paint on the chrome grille where they tried to touch up the paint chips. The manager lied. He didn't have them painted as he stated he would. He stormed off irrate again as I refused to pick up the truck. The third time, they had painted the bumper caps, but I noticed the colors now do not match. The new manager explained that this is how they all are. However, the color matched prior, and the bumper cap on the other side matches with the fender. Further, I noticed I now have scratches on the bottom side of my head lights where they attempted to pull out the bumper caps. And further, they had my truck parked under a tree, and it was full of leaves.

Excellent company! Wonderful customer service (thank you Susan for the superb communication). Fast turn around. Estimated completion resulted in a much faster return (nearly a week earlier than expected). Quality work/results post repair was the cherry on top! They coordinate very well with enterprise car rental on N. 98. Overall a pleasure to do business with. If you need your car repaired I recommend you check them out

My vehicle was rearended and taken to Joe Hudsons for repair. Unfortunately it was deemed a total loss due to the cost of repairs. The front office staff were helpful and Anthony kept me up to date! I recommend Joe Hudsons on Griffin Rd for your repair needs!

I was recommended to them by my insurance. I originally left my car at the Wabash location and after 2 weeks I got a call saying my car was being transferred to the Griffin location to be worked on. They had my car for 2 months and when I get it back the trunk is very NOTICABLY MISALIGNED. It had also rained for a few days straight and water seeped through the cracks and got into my trunk. Also, I had to slam the trunk with force to close it. The manager told me that was because they were new parts and needed to be broken in pretty much. They took it back, realigned the trunk, and added more sealing to block water from coming through. I ended up moving 6 hours away with the impression that my car was fixed. After another rainy day, more water has seeped into my trunk. Aside from the poor repair job, during this 2 month process of doing business with them, communication was very poor. If I didn't call them every few days, they would not have kept me informed about where they were in the repair process. Every time I did call, they said they would call me back at a certain time and they never followed through with that commitment. Don't take your car here.
