The employees are always very friendly, the store is well stocked and the gas pumps are in good working order. They also have high quality gas.

Coming back home from vacation we stopped to use bathrooms and restock on car snacks where I heard a customer state she got hosed with gas cause of issues with the handle shutting off, she was told she would have to call BP as the gas didn't belong to the gas station...while she was calling I noticed what I thought was a customer pull in and honk telling her she had to move her car so he could get his small truck upto the pump in front of her. He then starts pulling boxes of snacks out and I see he is in a bp shirt unloading his personal truck with food for the store. Instead of pulling around or using the other side of the store he made the customer who is already having a bad day being covered in gas from the store but then told to move when she wasn't even in his way just didn't seem right. On top of that while she was on the phone with customer service he proceeded to tell her she has to leave the property while making the call. I could see if the gas station was busy but there was only 3 of us there. Just not the right way to treat someone who had a bad experience already at your business. Totally uncalled for and poor behavior of BP gas station attendants.

Extremely rude and unhelpful unwilling to help When I asked for information yelled at me multiple times. Told me that If the transaction happened outside you’re just out of luck. Said to me oh well that’s not my problem that’s yours while yelling.
