Raven is amazing ?!! Such a delight I did not have the best customer service prior with another employee..but Raven was so very helpful with me and my phone needs she is very informative and helpful..I will only go in when she is there. Those 5 stars are specifically for her!

This isn’t for the store but for Boost in general as far as their unlimited data plans it’s false advertising so I’m going to switch to a different phone company because even if I use my Wi-Fi at home I some how still end up not making it to my bill due date without my data being completely gone smh. If you guys are going to promote unlimited, talk, text, and data I shouldn’t have any issues with my service I shouldn’t be experiencing low data problems unless the unlimited data is false?

Giving a review because I don’t think actual management knows what goes on… this boost mobile right on combee Rd.. is one of the most unprofessional stores I’ve came across. I will say far as prices they are ok.. but I just find it very rude and unprofessional talking poorly about their employees to customer .. I don’t think it’s nice for customers to hear from an employees expressing so badly about their employees to us it’s very disturbing. I along with a few other people I know have experienced the same thing. I believe her name is Angie who talks badly about employees.. it’s not appropriate in this type of business … the employees are never in store either in their car or in the back as well… I know go to the other side of Lakeland for services and did report.

Amazing service. The gal that helped me with my service was extremely knowledgeable and VERY friendly. I'd highly recommend this store to any family or friends and will definitely be back.
