Easy to find what i wanted. Loved how empty it was at the time i went and they actually had in stock what was shown online.

Well what can I say. Great place tons of amazing deals. First time I ever went and I will go back. Cashier was pretty horrible..... Could tell she loathes her job. But other than that great experience.

I have to say that I have bought Big Lots mattresses & furniture since 1998 and I always like the customer service. Juan and Matt in Lakeland and Natasha in Plany City went out of their way to find my mattress! Excellent!
