My husband bought me a Mophie wireless charger for my phone for my car, problem is it will not fit in my car vents. I went in to exchange it for one that will fit, I went to customer service he looked it up. He said sorry no exchange or no refund, it is past the 14 days, I said this was a Christmas gift? Its not my fault it was past 14 days!!!! BEST BUY you have LOST my business Amazon from now on!

Kris (Samsung) , Sasha (Android), and Kyra (Best Buy mobile) were AMAZING TO ME TODAY. They were really well versed in the Samsung product I was interested in. They were SUPER patient and didn't make me feel like it was just another transaction. Sometimes electronic/mobile device purchases can feel like new auto purchases. That dealership process is grueling! It did not feel like that, though! Though lots of $ was spent, I don't feel like I just sold my right kidney, LOL. Just wanted to shout them out! To be fair, though, all of my experiences at this location have been awesome since my move to Lakeland in '23. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!!!!!! ?

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO INVENTORY, NEGATIVE ENERGY. STORE FRONT NEEDS TO CLOSE. WAIST OF SPACE and PAYROLL.First and foremost it took over 30 minutes before any Best Buy employee came over to even ring me up. I'm standing here at the register trying to give you over $3000 today and several best buy associates just walked by the register, talking in their ear pieces to more important people. Eventually, someone came over and said are you ready to purchase. CLEARLY, I've been standing here at the register for half an hour. I show him what I want to purchase and he opens the secret door and says nope, out of stock. I can order it for you online. No out of stock label and the website indicated it was in stock at this location which is why I'm here.Secondly, alarms went off over and over from the slightest touch of the displayed devices coincidentally for my wife and I. What's interesting about the whole thing, I suppose security would come eventually and disable the alarm but not once did anyone ask if we needed help or had a question in the computer area.The only way we were able to get help was to walk over to the cell phone area and find someone with a blue shirt and even then, all he did was get on his headset and advise the more important people that a customer wants to purchase some computer equipment.

Horrible experience so far, I bought a washer and dryer and the day of installation they didn’t test to see if the dryer worked only that it turned on. I called letting them know the dryer is not working and waited 1 week for them to come out. They come out and press one button and come to the conclusion that it doesn’t work. I wait another week for them to come replace the dryer. And the same thing happens!! I call and have to wait another week for geek squad to come out. Already 3 weeks without a dryer i fully paid for. The day of repair comes and the scheduled time is 11am-3pm, it is now 6:30 pm and after several phone calls noone can help track identify the person who has the route. This is absurd 1 month with out a dryer has caused such an inconvenience.

Good service. They tried their best to fix our tablet. Very helpful answering questions. Their prices are a little high but it is worth it with the insurance.

Very long lines to pay no cashier available. Everyone is send to customers service it will take you around from 15-30 per person depending on customer items.Staft is not exciting.

Wow, not a good look for BB. LONG LINES and the store was not busy. One cashier for customer service and check-out. I had my purchase in hand and walked out after 5 to 10 minutes because the line was not moving. Samsumg and floor customer service was great but couldn't make a purchase.

Thank god for the samsung sales person who walks around trying to help people even though he doesn’t work for best buy. If he’s not in, don’t expect any customer service. All the best buy floor workers “sales people” I think they’re called (could be wrong?), they all hang out in little blue shirt cliques around the store, actively trying to avoid contact with the outside world. So be sure to do heavy research on what you’re looking for before going in, I would also recommend working for them for a few weeks to learn the layout of the store and where they keep certain items, that way you don’t need the lazy blue shirt gangs.

Terrible customer service
