Sat at the genius bar for 30 mins waiting on Raphael* as he went to help multiple customers pick up orders. The other emp told him twice I was waiting. He didn't budge.
That's fine. I'll just buy the 5 items and return the 4 that won't work.
I guess the return policy is for superstarts like Raphael.

2 prepay phones sold under Verizon service yet Verizon does not honor the phone service . I will Never go there again over priced n they try to sell to you even if you can't use it ! Was told get a different phone service to use the phone , yet it's sold as a Verizon phone. Their was lots of empty pegs for Verizon product , as well as through out the store . I don't recommend this place they have lousy selection

Purchased an online order for pick up and had to wait about 30 min to get anyone to attend. I thought online pick up orders were meant to save time. Thanks Hunter you did a great job on doing so.

I'm sure I've spent over $20k at this Best Buy location.
Why ?
Because they've always provided the answers I needed, the toys I've craved, the training I desperately needed, the pricing that keeps them competitive, and the friendly personnel to guide me through all of it.
Nuff said.

Orderd two TVs from here they never came then when i looked into it SOMEHOW it shows in the system I didn't pay for one but that can see I paid for it and I have the receipt... still waiting to hear about a resolution and I STILL have not gotten my Tvs a week later ??
Update 05/25/24
They never fixed the issue never reached out waited 2 1/2 weeks for the tvs went to the store 4 times called about 8 times and just got a email last night that they ended up just canceling the order do to system errors still no phone call... if you can spend your money on Amazon or order directly from whatever company your buying if possible and if all els fails DO NOT leave the store without your items
