Bought a new pc from them this week and I payed I think 60 bucks for the “geek squad” to transfer over all my files from the old desktop to the new one. I was under the impression that it was gonna be like I never changed computers at all. Nah. They took a whole day to copy and paste 20 GB of storage into a folder and transfer it onto my new PC. Bro I for real could have done this by myself in 10 minutes. I mean the people are real nice but what hell man.

l love Best Buy. The Associates are well trained, well informed, and very resourseful. They stay with you until all your issues and concerns are addressed. I love Geek Squad too. I feel the same way about the Service I receive whenever a problem arises. If you have never thought about a Geek Squad Service Plan, give it a try. You will never want to be without it. Went on Thanksgiving and even with the Holiday crowd the employees were quick,courteous,and helpful. I think this store has upgraded the quality of their employees

I brought my iPhone in to have the back glass repaired. You had the part in stock. 4 hours later it’s done and I go home to reinstall iCloud since you reset my phone. Then I realized you actually traded my phone out without telling me, without giving me the old phone to transfer all my stuff. I had to go to ATT and have the number transferred today. What kind of people do you hire that don’t tell a customer that they are getting a refurbished phone back. Horrible customer service. Not even a courtesy call to ask if that’s ok.

I am done with Best Buy. They charged me $100 dollars by the Geek Squad, and they did not fix my laptop. They told me it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I found out they had not fixed my laptop. It was exactly the same as when I dropped it off for repairs. They offered to try again, but wanted another $100 dollars. I discovered my laptop is covered by Asus, but Best Buy does not honor it. I don't know what has happened to Best Buy, but they have lost me as a customer.

Tried purchasing a Samsung Odyssey g9 49". They had 1 in stock, tried to scan to purchase but barcode was blocked. They said, we can open the box and then scan, and you'll be on your way. I asked, well technically wouldn't that be an open box item, manager gets pissed. I said, ok. How about I buy it online, and "pick it up", he says it'll be a few days before you could pick k it up.

Management at this store is godawful. For 5 days now I have been going back and forth between this store and support. I was told multiple times by support I could bring my PC in as a total member and recieve in store credit, I was denied, after days of issues with them I finally let them try to fix my pc, I explained it runs hot, overheating, at 215° F and I was told by geek squad that is completely normal, I told them it is not. After leaving my PC there overnight, I was told the following day it was ready and they did nothing! They ran some diagnostics and told me everything came back good. Here i am home and setup again an first game I load up my pc temps sky rocket to the moon. Will never use this best buy if any at all after the horrible customer service I was given.
