Best buy is my place to go for all my home theater electronics and appliances. The taff could use some help, but other than that can't complain prices are average for the world we live in today can't really complain they get all my phone cases here too 10 out of 10

I had a frustrating return experience at the North Lakeland (Hwy 98) Best Buy where a manager was being incredibly difficult. Thankfully, Jessica stepped in and did everything possible to fix the situation. She was professional, empathetic, and turned a terrible experience around completely.
