Professional and friendly service. Fair pricing. Only frustration is the car you reserve is never the one you get. Plus side of it is though when that happens, they provide you with a free upgrade.

Avis car rental has always been very professional, accommodating and prompt. Whether it’s been in Miami, Keywest, West Palm, New Orleans, Detroit or San Francisco I have never had any problems or unpleasant experiences dealing with Avis. I can’t say the same for Enterprise, however.
