Not the best experience. When I got home and took out parts they were both missing hardware and obviously someone tried to install them already. Went back to the store to explain and received attitude as though I did this just to aggrevate her. Store 2479 my last visit if I want used parts I will go to the salvage yard.

Had problems withy Chevy Malibu.I can't remember there name . First the young help me then the older lady assisted with my problem.Long store short my starter went bad.They was very helpful but at the end a young kid also came outside and help put the 3 screw on for us if it wasn't for him I'll still be stuck at Auto Zone.Thats everyone that made it possible for my car to run.Great customer service.

Called with a part number. Was immediately placed on hold. When she came back she located the part and put hands on the item to verify it was there. Sent my wife to get the part so I made it easy by doing a buy online pick up in store order. When she got there the guy in the redshirt helped her and the manager chimed in after he couldn’t locate it. She told him it needs to be paid for even though the system said none in stock because I already purchased the item.
Wife didn’t know and when she called me I told her that it was already paid for and there should be bottle of gear oil on the order also. When she went back in they were busy so she waited. When it was her turn she explained to the same guy he asked the store manager for help multiple times because he didn’t understand the order was already placed and needed help.
Lillian the store manager ignored his request multiple times and just kept yelling next. My wife chimed in saying can you please help him so I can leave. She had nothing but attitude with her and even said she is the one that came in with an attitude. They finally figured out what was on the order and processed the pickup.
She then asked what about the return for the one you made me buy because she wouldn’t help him the first time. She got another attitude asking where the receipt was to process the return. My wife had already given the receipt to her and she misplaced it while doing something else. Rudely she said I guess I’ll have to print another one.
This is very unprofessional from someone who is suppose to be a leader and captain of her ship.
Store manager needs to review the 1st line of the pledge.

I want to thank the two Latino employees who helped me yesterday. My vehicle had battery issues, and even after buying a new one, it still had trouble starting. They kindly continued assisting me, ensuring that me and my children were okay. Thanks to their kindness and what they did, I was able to get home safely.
