After a frustrating visit to another AutoZone, I came here and couldnât be more impressed. Aaron, the manager, went out of his way to fix my vehicle right then and there. The staff was welcoming and genuinely eager to help, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend this locationâAaron and his team truly stand out!

Came Here On 10/11/24 to get a battery installed. Mr. Raul and Mr. Aaron did an amazing job with assisting me with great customer service they are awesome people and I am honored to have them as someone to come to for service for my vehicle they deserve a raise and a bonus. I called and they accepted what I needed to be done. They are awesome people thank you so much for a wonderful team players at the George Jenkins location AutoZone Lakeland Florida.

Came in needing help on how to fix a piece from under my bumper that was hanging. And Aaron the manager was phenomenal he not only gave me suggestions but helped take the piece off until i can get to my mechanic so it wasn't dragging.

This is the worst AutoZone that I have ever been to in my life. I believe there is a lot of theft going by the employees. Also the customer service sucked

This is the worst AutoZone I have ever been to. I asked for assistance with wiper blades and instead of assisting me in the isle the worker just told me to go and pick one after giving me the size and then refused to assist with installation, even though there was several other workers there. I usually don't do negative reviews but this place was awful.

Went in there for some parts and an extremely rude employee named Raul who's name tag said " sales manager" "Customer service" his customer service was terrible he was very rude wouldn't come back here again...

Talk about saving our lives with some of the best customer service ever. First of all the people in the community who saw is breaking down helped us. Then when we entered the store, the associates calmed us down, diagnosed our issue, recommended us to the most inexpensive and no nonsense mechanic within minutes of their location, and kept checking in on us to make sure we were all good. Best AutoZone experience EVER. And when we returned months later, they still remembered us. Raul and Christophe and several other associates made the experience amazing.

Rafael sales manager is the worst, told us he couldnât test the alternator because he âdoesnât have time for thatâ and to just take this one even though the last one they sold us was bad, we had to drive back to the store and switch it out again. Should definitely be fired, overheard multiple other customers irritated as well.

Bryan S. was a huge help to me when I visited this location. He was quick, polite, and demonstrated true professionalism! Unmatched service from any other auto part store I have been to. Extremely rude manager yells out loud "closing in 20 minutes!" In a very rude way Even shocking a female employee. He said to the other employee "what?" ..."If i dont yell they will never leave". The proper way is to have all available employees HELP each customer out by helping them find what they need then Nicely reminding them of the store hours.
