“After a strong recommendation from a friend I decided to bring my 2020 GMC Sierra here for a coolant leak issue. The guys were fast, friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. The repair was performed quickly and for a reasonable price but what really impressed me was how clean my truck was when I picked it up. I’ve had vehicles worked on at other places and usually find a greasy hand print or two in my vehicle. I will be returning here for any future work needed to vehicles.”

This week I’m getting a brand new motor out in my 2001 to bring it back to life. “CARSTAR Autobody Ressurection in Lakeland was an Excellent experience even through 2 hurricanes and some delays due to insurance processes. One of the body shops my insurance company offered me to get my car repaired, with the best reviews.
Everyone was very professional and on point and worked with the claims for the insurance.
I love that every step was explained to me upfront. They were helpful with me getting a rental vehicle through Enterprise and shuttle to the rental place. Update texts and calls telling where the progress of my 2019 Kia Forte was.
The final product was even better than before, I couldn’t even tell there was any damage to begin with. The Kia was cleaned, polished, vacuumed and everything was brand new!
They had Enterprise come pick up my rental from Car Star when the repairs were completed.
Refreshing to see a company take such pride in their work and customer service. Not only did our repairs look amazing, but they detailed our interior and exterior as well.

“I wish I could give him 10 stars I had a great experience with him I had a cracked thermostat on my Mercedes Benz and I tried 10 different shops and absolutely nobody would touch my vehicle due to the engine being German designed but I took it to him and he show me the problem educated me on my vehicle and what to expect and he had my GLA fixed in 4hours by himself I will definitely be a regular thank you ❤️”

“I never do reviews but I can’t say ENOUGH great things about this business. From the beginning to the end, they were nothing but amazing. The customer service from Heidi was the definition of GREAT customer service. AND on top of the customer service, they did a BEAUTIFUL job fixing my vehicle after I was rear ended in a vehicle accident.
I ended up leaving something in my rental vehicle and Heidi went above and beyond what she needed to and called the rental place for me to make sure they had it and could hold it for me!
