We came in to buy a sofa Mariah was exceptional. She did a great job answering our questions and taking care of our purchase. If you go in, ask for her. You won’t be disappointed!

Samantha is phenomenal! She was extremely helpful on our first visit and came in on her day off when we were ready to purchase. The store has a great selection and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely return for future purchases. I highly recommend this store - ask for Samantha - you will not be disappointed!

Awful customer service they would not do an exchange when the mistake was made by the salesperson who sold me the wrong piece for the wrong set.. stay away!!!

I was ready to purchase a couch and chair from a great sales person. The manager was incredibly rude and didn’t respond to our concerns. He got in our personal space, made us feel uncomfortable, so we left without purchasing the items we wanted which made us sad. This is not the service we expect and have been Ashley customers for years. Now we have to go find the items elsewhere or hopefully corporate can contact us to make this right :(

We had a wonderful mattress shopping experience with Heidi! They had a nice selection, but not too many to be overwhelming. We never felt pressured or rushed by Heidi, even with our multiple visits to decide on the right mattress. The delivery went super smooth and was on time with two very nice delivery people.
