After leaving City Furniture and Ashley due to their used car sales approach I went to Badcock and Cathy greeted us at the door let us know she’d be there if we had any questions at all. And then left us to shop. I love to shop and talk with my friends about my day and the furniture our kids and the ugly things and the beautiful ones I’d like in my house. I don’t feel free doing that when a salesman is stuck to me trying to show me what I don’t want or care about. It’s like being stalked. Badcock in Lakeland has the best approach!! Cathy came over when we asked for her by name. Answered our questions then left us to talk and wander more. I bought a brand new couch today because I could relax and decide in my own time. Thank u for making me feel at home!!”
“Purchased a used washer & dryer last month (which am extremely happy with). Excellent quality and price.Unfortunately, after being delivered and setup, one of our gates was severely damaged by the delivery company. It was replaced the next day, but due to lack of fence repair experience, we were left with several serious problems with the gate.Contacted Greg @ B&B, he looked at the pictures we'd taken and had me email them to him. Assured me they would handle the situation and "make it right". In less than a week, the gate was fixed and works perfectly now.That kind of Customer Service, as well as Quality and Pricing of their products, will have us returning to B&B for future needs.”
