Normally I have no issues with this Amscot but when I went to get a money order for rent. I counted the bills twice before going in, came in, asked for a money order and than Omar miscounted telling me I was short $50 and I said to re count. He did it infront of me being very condescending and miss counted again till I pointed out that counted 3 for $50 as a $100. I expect a person who can actually count dollar bills to work at Amscot. There is nothing wrong with making a mistake but don't be a p**** about it.

Well the worst experiences I've ever had at any amscot I've ever been to. I got treated with prejudice because I'm a white male. They went and service three people that came in after me. And if I did not say something I was not going to be serviced. When the fourth person walked up they said how can we help you? So I'm not worth your business amscot? You don't want to take care of all of customers just the ones that y'all choose to take care of. How about I choose to bring my lawyer on. Then we can see who has the final laugh. I understand if you have a prejudice view against people. But when it comes to your job you're to put that to the side I've had to do it and so has many others. That's what having a job means is that you do what you're told not what you want to do. As far as that particular amscot goes I will never take my business there ever again and if I can find somewhere else besides amscot I will.

I was just at Amscot and walked in was directed to a window. I waited and thinking that the woman behind the counter would serve the customer in order since she is the one who placed me there. But no she did not, knowing I was next she serves two after customers that came way after me. If you can’t go by the order you place people then you should not work there. Poor customer service and I will never go back to this one ever. She probably would have continued to ignore me if the gentleman did not finally approach me and took care of what I needed. You need to give her additional training. It was at 3:20 this afternoon and you would know who this was and also watch your video how she ignored me when I should have been served before them.

Waited in line longer here than I would have in a line at Disney. The guy was taking care of everyone at once instead of one at a time.. causing him to run all over the place and everyone to become angry, including himself.

The employee who's name is Liz at 6:14 am, 10/05/2019 was rude ,no professional I ask her to repeat the amount and she said is on the card, and when i asked for a pen she said there is on the window but only her can see it because was in the other side and she didn't give me other. Only gave one star not for her, because the others days the service was ok.

Wish i could give a no star review, however.... I went to this amscot over the weekend and overheard the employees talking badly about the customer that had just left. This is not the 1st time this has happened and i don't think they realize that people can hear them through the glass. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.
