They messed up my paperwork so i had to redo it all I sat there over hr because of the persons in the amscot messed up my paperwork from now on if I have to use amscot I will be going to another one. They don’t even deserve one star

Terrible experience They lied to me. I called and ask what the fee would be to cash a check..they said 3%..and when I get there they charge 3% on the 3%...that is just wrong and should be illegal. They are charging 3% on their fee...so they are charging more than 3% for the transaction.....I am glad this was a one time deal for me. And then they treat u like a criminal with finger printing. It is a degrading and unethical process. I needed cash and this was really my only option for the weekend..what a rip off.
