on 11/14 gas was requested and not delivered. I received an invoice for $275 and it took over 6 weeks to get credit and get new gas delivered. This time they were able to fill in more gas which does not make sense

I have been contacting your customer service 13 times from May 11th thru today to get a 100 lb tank exchanged. I have never had any problems before this year having you come to do the exchange, usually come in a week. This has been over 3 MONTHS. Every time I call I get told sorry will escalate and talk to supervisors and still no service. When calling your automated service says that you have improved your service but this has actually been opposite. When can I get this service completed?

I had a leak 3 weeks after the take was filed.I was suppose to get a credit. Never did. They said it was for 75 gallons. No way I used 55 gallons in three weeks living alone. Called 3 times suppose to have someone call back. No one called me back.

Tech arrived on schedule - worked hard to complete pool heater installation. showed me were the tank and meter is, shut offs, etc. Very thorough!

The cost to have our gas turned off was not on the price list. $240 for 10 minutes at most of work.The cost to reconnect was on the price list, but Amerigas added $99.99 to the price listed.When I called customer service I never got a satisfactory response. The first time they scheduled us to have our gas turned off for nearly a month - when all we needed was 3 days during a fumigation. Shockingly bad experience.

Said it was 30 gallon tank” !!!!Did not say “ oh I only dripped in 5 gallons”Came a few days later…. Almost 40 gallons, ya you have a 60 gallon tank, !!!!!Now I am in almost 600 $ for 45 gallonsWell back pilot light high now 185 + degrees on cooktop, no burners on!Told to GOOGLE IT!!!Told price high because I was not given 120$ new client discount!WaitedWaited for money to be returned….. Oh you have a credit…. NOOOOOOWant $ in my BAC account returned!Called, sending a check…… still waiting, had to hire guy off of Angi to fix pilot lite.Now in for 700$ for 45 - gallons and pilot lite checkI WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!

I thought it was of vital importance that I share my experience with everyone. I called to possibly become a new customer. I need a 500 gallon propane tank installed to a 26K generator and filled. So I call and was trying to get pricing information on how much a 500 gallon tank is and how much to fill it up. I was told this company does not install propane tanks nor do they service homes and fill up tanks. I asked her again, so you are telling me this company does not install or sell 500 gallon tanks and you do not fill these tanks for customers. She said no we do not. So I went online and read that they in fact do install tanks.So I hung up and called back, got a different representative he said that information I received from the first person is not true that they do install 500 gallon tanks and service them; I need to give you the sales and marketing number. I said I think not, the first person I spoke with was your sales and marketing department. I told him I think it is best I go to another company that knows what they are selling.

Poor communication, associates on the phone tell you what you want to hear to dismiss you, then don't execute on their commitments. It's a shame!

Zero The worst customer service on the planet. Fraudulent business practices. If there is a billing issue, you can only reach a call center so the issue is never solved. They are billing me for over $1500 worth of gas and the date of service is after I moved from that house. Do not use this company for anything.

AmeriGas is supposed to be monitoring our gas usage and filling the tank when needed. You have let us run out of gas 4 of the last 5 fills. Then we are supposed to have a 1 day emergency fill if we get low. 2 - 3 days minimum for a fill AFTER you let us run out. AmeriGas is the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service.

I have been a loyal customer for 7+ years. I am on a automatic delivery schedule and supposed to receive two deliveries per year. My last delivery was in February 2022. Due to life, I haven't checked our propane level nor our last fill date.Now here it is the day before Thanksgiving and we're out of propane with no hot water, or ability to cook for family that has traveled in. Now with their central call center there's no telling when my "expedited delivery" will occur.I am very displeased with Amerigas and will be looking for alternative companies to supply our home.Update: after several calls, the company sent an after hours delivery, greatly appreciated!
