If I could give it zero Stars I would give it zero stars. I wish I could find the owners email or phone number to let them know that the heavy set man working the counter told me that the bathrooms were out of order when I was a paying customer. I spent $70 filling up on gas. I asked him are you saying that they are out of order just because you don't want to clean them and he just gave me a dirty look

Worker was rude and complaining about another employee to a co worker. I was going to buy a glazed donut that clearly said $1.49 and the girl tried to charge me $1.69 said that it rung up that way and she wasn't going to change it. She differently is not a people person. She acted grumpy when I walked in the store and stayed that way. I wouldn't come back here. And the bathroom was nasty. You can tell it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

I always shop at this 7-11 and I have never had a problem before today. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My 13 year old daughter and I went to this location today to by gas and turn in (WINNING) scratch off tickets. I handed all 3 of my tickets to the cashier. She scanned all 3 and I hear the machine make the sound it’s supposed to make when the ticket is a winner. I also scanned the tickets before hand at the self scanner before approaching the counter they all said “WINNER “. The lady says to me “ the tickets were already paid to you at another store”. I had a$100, $5, and $4 winnering tickets. So I said “ this is my first time turning these tickets in and the machine just said winner” . Anyway she then tried to keep my tickets and money and cursed me out in front of my daughter. Called me name and stuck her middle finger up at me. I threatened to the cops and demanded the owner come to the store. I will (NEVER) shop at the location again as long as she works there. I have NEVER been treated like that before. Lucky my daughter recorded the whole thing and there was another customer there to witness the whole thing. She tried to steal money that I rightfully won and totally disrespected me. My birthday was going great until I ran into her.

Most of the workers there are rude as ever the skinny brown hair girl cursed me out over 13 dollars because she don't know how to work the system and I tried explaining it to her and she cursed me out in front of the whole store no surprise she looks like she is on drugs. By far is the worst 7/11 when it comes to customer service. Please do not ask questions or attempt to engage with the short Indian man. He ignores you and is never ar the counter when you want to check out.Please do not expectmanners, a greeting or any type of appreciation for you spending money at this place.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They don't have any hand soap or hand sanitizer and no bag hooks. So you get to put your purse on their nasty floor disgusting I can't Fathom, any establishment not having hand sanitizer and hand soap. After we just went through a pandemic and are still very much Viruses everyday. How does that employee wash their hands?

November 18th I paid inside for $60 worth of gas. Pumped $39.xx in my car. Never received the remaining amount back. Manager is never there, corporate hasn't replied to me. How is it okay for this company to just keep my $21? Never using 7-11 again!

The 711 on North side By Walmart is one of the nastiest 711 I've ever seen they're so understaff Never cleans anything no paper towels and either the bathroom or the store and the lady that works there in the morning never ever cleans the bathrooms they look the same every single day
