Winn-Dixie deserves a solid 5 stars for its incredible renovation! The updated look is not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhances the overall shopping experience. The aisles are well-organized, the decor is modern, and the fresh layout adds a vibrant touch. Kudos to Winn-Dixie for elevating the grocery shopping game! I had an issue with a coupon and multiple people were willing to assist with pleasant attitude. I will definitely be back!

The worst pharmacy I've ever had experience with. The pharmacists are rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate.

Merlin is the worst cashier ever. I usually doesn't use the social media and reviews to express myself. However, today the visit at the Spirit store was not the best. Merlin was very rude and unhelpful. She basically blame me the waiting for restart her computer because I do the wrong choice at the time of the payment. She never help with my request to play lotto and she was rude also with other costumers waiting at line.

I was visiting a friend in FL and stopped here to grab some groceries. I was looking for a basket and one of the workers, a guy - I forgot his name, was very nice and went looking for one for me. I was walking around the store holding my groceries and he came to me and brought me a basket. Very nice guy! He also helped us make a rewards account. The store was nice, organized, had everything I needed. Bathroom wasn't bad.

I've never left a bad review before but what just happened at the Winn Dixie Beer and Liquors gave me reason to share! I went into the Winn Dixie Beer and Liquor 6574 Hypoluxo Rd Bldg C Lake Worth location. I've been in the store a hand full of times over the last 6 months since moving to this area. Most of the time I'm greeted with a less then friendly woman but I get my selection and leave unscathed. Today was different and not in a good way. I went to get my selection and didn't see what I wanted so I opened the cooler door to go in and grab it. Unfortunately, my late afternoon, tired eyes didn't see the new hand written sign that said, "Employees only". I quickly closed the door and headed up front to get the usual woman to help me find my purchase. The mere mistake, on my part of opening a door that I've been going into for 6 months was met with scolding and telling the customer at the counter something about me while I walked up front. I shared that I was coming to get her to help me find the product I wanted from the cooler after realizing there was a new sign for employee only and without even going to the back of the store she said, if it's not out we don't have it. Interesting because theres always been more of the product I wanted to purchase over the last 6 months. I said, ok I'll go see if there's something else I could purchase instead. Sure enough, I found something else that I might like stocked behind a few other boxes on the bottom shelf so I grabbed it. I then went to the front and another person joined the line but this woman stayed in back making both of us wait for her to check us out. I apologized to the woman in line that I mistakenly open the cooler door and the woman was upset with me so she was making me wait which in turn was making her wait. Finally, she came up with a scowl and rang me up. I said, thanks, have a nice day amd she literally said nothing in response!!! I live only a few minutes away from a Winn Dixie and a Publix. I choose Winn Dixie because everyone in the supermarket store is so nice and kind, always friendly and going out of their way to help! Today may be the reason I go to Publix instead!!! The Winn Dixie Beer and Liquor 6574 Hypoluxo Rd Bldg C Lake Worth location Manager should offer customer courtesy training for this location because customers are the reason that there's a location at all! And, if this is the Manager of this location, shame on you because you should know better!!!

It's been awhile since we've been in a WD store. The one nearest to us had closed, but there are a few "southern" brand items my husband craves now and then that only they carry. We were nearby for lunch and decided to check them out. This anchor store was large, and clean, and modernized. They did not have the tea I needed or one of the spices I wanted. Or a couple of the other things on my shopping list. However, my husband did find his hot (as in spicy) breakfast sausage so it wasn't a total loss. Plus I got to get my steps in... Now we know where it is... for future ... if we are in the area.

I’m getting fed up. I’ve been coming here for nearly two years, and I think this may be my last. First off the strawberries last like 2-3 days TOPS. And that’s after I store them properly, they usually only last 1-2 days if I keep them in the original container. So instead at my last visit I bought the precut and packaged berry mix ( strawberries, blackberries, blueberries) for $3. I’m eating it and halfway through it I notice a big bug. Now I understand bugs are going to be on fruit. Now What I don’t understand is why aren’t you washing and prepping the food properly for it to actually to be ready to eat as claimed? It’s disgusting. I also want to mention that 2 visits before I was in I walked past the bread and the smell of mold hit me in the face and I look and a good solid 20-30 bags of bread where covered in mold. Amongst other fruits and veggies, outdated and moldy food seems to be your motto. I’ll be shopping at another store from now on. However I wish Winn Dixie the best of luck, and perhaps more attention on the floor when it comes to produce. But I can’t afford to get sick due to your stores negligence.

Last time I was here I bought fruit and there was SOOOO many bugs in my food. A few months ago I bought fudge and there was a piece of metal in it. AND today I was forced to do self check out with a FULL CART of groceries. The machine caused nothing but problems. And there was a person behind me complaining that I was taking to long because y'all can't do your job.

Polite summary: I remain disappointed in Winn Dixie on Hypoluxo. Blunt summary: As fellow Yelper Alan L recently said: "WORST PHARMACY EVER"!!! Their website said they accept walk-ins for flu shots, but when we stopped by they said we'd need an appointment even though they weren't busy. We made appointments and filled out the consent forms online in hopes of speeding up the process. We went to the pharmacy at the designated time and were told that no flu vaccines were available. Why didn't they contact us prior to our arrival to let us know this so we wouldn't waste our time and expense for nothing? We were told that we'd have to make another appointment. We dutifully did so and filled out the online consent forms again as we didn't trust the Winn Dixie staff to be able to find the forms from the previous appointment. We went to the pharmacy again for our new appointments and were handed blank consent forms to fill out. What?!!!?! Apparently they can't print the forms. and we should have printed them at home and bring them in. Did the website indicate this? Of course not! Our efforts to save time and paper were rudely thwarted. The pharmacist was very nice and apologized profusely for the screw-ups. She had been on vacation and acknowledged the pharmacy service had been a mess in her absence. That doesn't excuse the poor customer service and very bad attitude by the other pharmacy employee though. She was consistently rude to all customers on each of our visits. I complained to Winn Dixie corporate office about the poor service at the pharmacy on Hypoluxo. The regional head of their pharmacy dept. sent me an email with an apology and an offer of a $10 gift card. Nice gesture which ironically further demonstrated the incompetence of the Winn Dixie staff: the employee at the customer service desk didn't know how to process this offer, so she escalated it to her supervisor, who also didn't know what to do. So she escalated it to the store manager, who was finally able to issue the gift card. My recommendation: Go to another pharmacy that is nicer and more competent.
