I came in 45 mins before close and doors were already locked.. i needed to pick up something for my pet and they denied me away. Change the hours if your really closed an hour before smh.

Very upset, contacted the place yesterday and talked to an associate about a dog that we wanted to purchase they told us perfect come in and we’ll even give you a discount and help you with pet sitting since we told them we are moving and wanted to pick him up later in the month. When we came in today they were in the middle of selling the dog to someone else.

An absolutely horrible place. The only animals they actually seem to care about are the dogs there. They reptiles, fish, and birds are kept in horrible conditions. They know nothing on how to take care of exotic pets and should not have them in the store at all. The reptiles do not have any proper husbandry and are kept in discusting cages. The birds have no toys or any enrichment and look as though they have been stress plucking and the fish are not properly kept at all. This place needs to be looked at for their animal care and should not be operating.

Dogs are puppy mill puppies. Owner is rude and apathetic, do not support this pet store. Speaking from work experience with this store. Scummy, and sketchy sales tactics justified by being a "family owned small business". Ridiculously stressful work environment, and the owner will just covertly threaten your job security, and has a REPUTATION for firing people on a whim. Please again, do not support this business.

Do not go here, owner is rude and apathetic. They get their puppies from puppy mills and will lie to your face about it. I had the unfortunate privilege to work here and know it. Sketchy and scummy pricing, justified by being a "small business". Avoid this store.

We bought are puppy a few months back.. thay are amazing to deal with... have great bredders... and a wide selection of puppies...ymmv... depending on what you are looking for...staff is very helpful...and knowledgeable.

My review is for the exceptional service and care of Mary to my wife and I, and our new havapoo, Coco, we purchased from Wet Kisses Pet Company. Mary has taken the time to answer all of our questions- going above and beyond. She has helped ensure we are situated and cares very much about the puppy as well as the owner. As a new owner, we called several times and she responds instantly to our questions. We really appreciate her help and what she does. She is a super, super lady. Our puppy is very comfortable and a joy. Thank you a million, Mary!

Hi I have been a customer for wet kisses for a very long time. I want u to know there is a very kind caring woman named Mary. She has helped me with special food for my dogs. Also recommended salmon oil and special dry food to help her stay healthy and she has arranged grooming for my 3 dogs She is always ready to help without hesitation. Whenever I have a question about my pets she is very informative and because of Mary my dogs r in better health than ever . She is very professional,kind,caring and her customer service is so very wonderful. Wet kisses is very lucky to have an employee like her . I know when I can reach her for any question she is always eager to help and recommend whatever food or treats or oils to help my pets. Thank u Mary. Because of u I will always be a customer of wet kisses. U r truly amazing.

RUN, and RUN fast. If I can urge anyone to stay away I 100% would. I bought my havapeak there in February after looking at many of the other puppies, I decided on this one was the one for me. ( not to mention every single other puppy- there was about 8 had some sort of "puppy cold") I was then convinced that I needed about 300$ worth of puppy supplies- which I insisted I didn't need. But Mary the manager pushed on that I did.. and I couldn't get the more inexpensive puppy supplies that they sold due to her bread. That was the first red flag, Fast forward now, I have regularly bought the puppy food there, which my dog has now enjoyed the taste of a different variety or wet food a worker sold me when Mary wasn't in, and when I returned again to buy a couple more cans Mary was visibly frustrated that I didn't buy the one that she wanted me too. She has tried to push me several times into training or etc. for way more then it's worth and gotten short and irritated when I declined. I did go there for my dogs first grooming, having my mother drop her off while I was at work they proceeded to call me which I wasn't able to answer and tell me that she needed to be shaved and to call back, when I finally got to the message I received another one that they went ahead and shaved her, mind you I brushed her several times a day and this not being my first dog, I know her coat and what condition it was in, there was no need for her to be shaved. Her legs were shaved to the bone. And her body fur is Probably a half an inch longer and as you can see in the picture her face isn't groomed proportionally and there's many strands that are longer/shorter then others. She was not matted nor did she have one single knot. She came back visibly distraught and less confident it has taken weeks to get back to herself. I highly recommend everyone stays far away- from not only the business but the lady who runs it. And to you MARY- you should never speak badly of your customers- to there mother. Stop your research! After looking/shopping for a puppy I found these folks. This was the BEST experience! We got a puppy from them and it is a perfect match!
