I visited the dealership to see what they could offer for my car. The sales manager approached me politely but assumed I wanted to trade in my car due to high insurance costs and my perceived age, both of which were incorrect. The appraisal specialist then mentioned he didn't want my car because he assumed it had a specific exhaust setup. I offered to let him check it, but he responded that no technicians were available on-site and asked if I could bring it back in two days (it was a weekend). Ultimately, I felt my time was wasted, especially considering the effort it took for me to find a convenient time to visit.
In summary, I did not return. Please avoid making assumptions. Thank you.

Update: 30 days later had to bring the truck for an oil change. They found that the front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Unexpected surprise for me, a $1,450 job. Not so much transparency from this dealer! They could have checked that before selling the truck. Also, an oil leak from motor.
Ray Ragwah did an excellent job working with me to get my F-250. He went above and beyond!

Very disapointed with this Dealership. Twice they offered prices on two vehicles and when I finally spoke to someone, mysteriously the price was changed. Lack of communication and bait and switch tactics observed.

Awesome experience at Wayne Akers. Jessica in the Internet department was so helpful. Shawntal was the Sales Manager and JJ in Finance. Both were honest and upfront with everything. No surprises. Robert was great as well. Helped me get in my new car and out of my old. Great experience all around.

Cruz in the Parts department was great ? went in to get some parts for my Ford explorer. Good customer service and very knowledgeable. Will only by my parts from Wayne Akers now on!

Please avoid Wayne Akers Ford at all cost. A year into owning my Mustang Mach E I was not only sold add ons that only apply to gas vehicles but car was also damaged by service team for a tire rotation.
The Service Manager didn't even want to chat with me regarding the situation I had to ask the advisor to bring the manger out for further discussion.
He said that I was complaining about having to pay for Gas and situation.
As of now there is no ETA as to when my car will be repaired or how this will affect my insurance and future trade in value.
And to conclude things the first loaner provided had engine issues.
Terrible customer service all around.
