Actually came in here specifically for broad spectrum dewormer for cats !! Unfortunately I heard corporate does not feel that cat owners should be able to buy this in their store ! A very nice manager named Andy was very pleasant while attending to customers in the store ! I personally won't be back since they have no product for this except dewormer just for tape worms !! Leaving sad and on the quest for the cat medicine I need ! ( after Liz replied to my review I called Corporate but can't seem to find Liz to talk to her about a much needed product to be in their stores . Have a case number 00142248. I also called store spoke to Rose Marie ( very nice ) but no Liz there so hoping corporate will be aware of my sadness and get product on shelves soon!

I went to months ago and the store smelled of cat urine. I went the other day and the smell of cat urine was worse than before. It smelled like no one has taken the time to identify the problem. I also tried to return an item. Since it was over 30 thirty days, the person who I spoke to said "Call the company. It's not MY problem". Now, she could have said. "I'm sorry. Our return policy is 30 days. It's been more than 30 days. May I suggest you contact the company?" I did not see the return policy but it does not mean it was not posted. I love cats but CANNOT tolerate cat urine. Becausd of the smell, I am giving 1 star.

Excellent staff. They're extremely helpful. They were all wearing masks but vaccinated customers don't have to now. The pet grooming service is definitely worth it. I just bought a 3 month old cat here that they receive from Peggy Adams and he's healthy as can be. Reasonable price, microchip is included and already neutered. I recommend this store.

Very nice store they had what I needed and they actually took it to the register for me so I could just go in and pick it up very nice paper very nice place.
