I was just inside this USPS location. I was looking for a place to drop my package. My pkg wouldn’t fit in the slot. My pkg is 11”x7”x8.75”. I went to the door, where I could hear the USPS workers talking, & knocked. After knocking a few different times a lady finally answered through the door. I asked if there was a place I could leave my pkg. She said, there’s a window w/ drop. I went back around & looked again incase I missed it previously. There wasn’t. I went back around & knocked again, & again, w/ no response … but I could hear them clearly talking about me standing there asking for help. I said, My package is a little too big to fit, is there any other place? No response to me, but I could hear them talking about me asking a question. Again, knocked & asked if anyone could tell me where I can place my package?. Once again, they didn’t respond to me, but they talked about me standing there needing help. There was 2 women & 1 man that I could hear by the door, but more further inside.I don’t understand how people can be so rude & ignorant. This is & has been an issue w/ USPS. When there is zero accountability at your place of employment, then why would you care about customer service &/ or how you treat people. If you’re allowed to be that disrespectful & unhelpful w/o consequence in a partial service type industry, then you can understand why USPS has struggled over the years. I’ve seen USPS employees dropping packages & then kicking them to where they were going, as opposed to picking them up. I’ve seen the usps mail carrier forcefully stuff a package in a mailbox, during a rainstorm, then the pkg fell out & they just drove off leaving it sitting on the wet & muddy ground. These aren’t 1 offs or the rare bad egg, this is fairly prevalent. The mindset of, who cares because I’ll still have a job. There’s no reprocussions for lazy, rudeness, ignorance, or anything else with usps employees. There are some good people in usps that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Unfortunately, they’re far & few between. When I called about the package left on the muddy ground during a rainstorm, & my mailbox door was left down w/ all my mail getting saturated, the response I got was, Did you have insurance? I said, No. Response, that’s why you should always get insurance. I bet you won’t make that mistake again! WTH?!?!Why can’t USPS employees get reprimanded, suspended, fired, something? Maybe then they would have just a lil respect for their job & their customer base.Tuesday, February 27th, 2024Location: USPS Lake Worth, FLTime of incident: 7:50a to 8:11a

Don’t go here if you're in any type of hurry - I will say that Paul has always been super friendly - but a trip to my local post office feels like a mix between a DMV and a dentist appointment.

My favorite post office ? Coming here is not like your usual stressful USPS chores, it’s a fun, stress-free experience. The clerk who helped me, Paul, was the most helpful, kind person. He made me smile immediately and made me leaving the post office happy and ready to start my day. He was so helpful, and cracked jokes with me the whole time. You could tell he genuinely was happy to be there. Also his packing and taping skills are impeccable. Thank you Paul!!! ??

I have lived in lake worth for years, and the post office has the best customer service hands down at any business. Paul is such a gentleman and hilarious always upbeat, Mallory is great at her job and Robin is my favorite mail lady and always will be.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR I WOULD. I CALL CLOSE TO 10 TIMES TO TRY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE. I CALLED BACK-TO-BACK AND NO ONE CARED TO ANSWER. ABSOLUTELY BAD BUSINESS.(UPDATE) Because I no longer own my po box they told me that they will hold my package until I come and pick them up. And I return the keys and spoke to the light skinned female with a nasty attitude she assured me that my packages where okay. My packages never came. They return them to Amazon without notifying me. Because I made a mistake when ordering it came to the address. This place is total trash. I will be taking my business some where else.

I love this Post Office! They are all very helpful helping clients above and beyond. Especially Mallori, who helped me resolve some forwarding issues I had, due to my constant traveling. Dealing with many post offices around the country, this is the best of the bunch.Keep up the good work!

If I could give negative 100 starts I would absolute joke no one ever knows anything it’s literally like you hire a bunch of slow people from the streets to work here and than use an automated system that literally helps WITH NOTHING AT ALL

Employee was literally blasting music and dancing while talking to me. Okay, I don’t care about the music, but passively aggressively answering my post related questions while dancing to mumble rap… just so weird and awkward.

Wife went to this location to ship products she had sold via OfferUp/eBay.The woman yesterday was apparently of no help, rude and in the end my wife walked out paying for the shipment of the items she already had paid postage for and from OfferUp in itself ended up literally giving the buyer the items for free. USPS states they will help print these labels when the customer is ready to ship items. This location by ALL MEANS failed to do so and was ABSOLUTELY no help in what is this person job for the location and as a currier for the public. Even if a person fails to understand the measures they are sending products in, by default it is their job to at least know if the person is presenting paid postage that these labels are intended to be used for these shipments. I’m failing to see how this even happened. Every other encounter with this office and the mailmen who diligently deliver my products have been amazing I will add. To me it seems like this person either A. Doesn’t know how to do their job or B. Cares very little for it.

Great customer service from the red head lady to the manager with glasses who went out and retrieve my package that was Mis delivered over a month ago. First time I ever seen a postal worker (management ) went above and beyond for their customers and actually did what he said he was going to do.. Great job keep up the good work ????????

Convenient location for a post office and plenty of parking on Lucerne ave., however, they need more service windows open. They have 5 but only one person serving the public when there's a line waiting. Lose77.com
