I've been using this UPS store location for years for my Amazon returns. Lately, during the last three visits I was there, the staff were very very rude, shouting at me while making returns with their self-serve station. I'm uncomfortable even walking into the store anymore. I think I'm going to just drive the extra couple miles and go to the one in Boynton Beach from now on.

Update from last review: Today I took my Amazon returns here, where I have always received great service. Unfortunately, customer service has seriously declined since my last visit. I was required to use self-service for my returns for the first time ever. Initially, an employee helped but she left in the middle to do something else. She shouted instructions to me, which created a frustrating and embarrassing experience. I will never return to this store again.

Before shipping my item here at this store I used UPS calculator online and it showed it cost me $80 ground. Here though they told me $450 ground. I showed them the results for the calculator . Their response was to ship it online. PLEASE UPS MAIN look into this store operations. Something really wrong there. Also I need to mention that my multilayered package was in a BOX but they told me that is not good enough and you should get our box. Their box was $45 !!!! WILL NEVER GO TO UPS AGAIN. ONLY USPS and FEDEX.

Pebbles the employee was extremely helpful answering all of my questions about envelope size and pricing. It was so super clean and nicely organized. It located conveniently right in Lake Worth and waiting is never an issue!

I was just at the UPS Store I called first to make sure a Notary will be there. Ronnie answered phone said yes, confirmed it is a paper a notary may sign.I than went there. Ronnie and staff of 4 others where there cleaning and chatting. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Ronnie helped me print my paperwork, than Notorized it and emailed the pages for me. Staff was great as I watched them handle other people , as I was waiting for my pages to be confirmed. Highly recommend this UPS store. Kathy

I came in today completely a mess box open and wouldn’t close and another box with no paperwork and lady behind the counter assured me that we will get it together and proceeded to help with emptying and refilling the box properly. Then got the paperwork for the other package taken care of and I still not sure how hahaha. Her name was Pebbles and she deserves high praise. This location is always busy but be patient and she will take good care of you all.

I am completely floored by the lack of accountability and customer service I received this morning (7/7/23). I scheduled an appointment at a specific time taking time off from work in order to have an important document notarized. When I entered, there were 3 visible employees and the store was not busy. After presenting my appointment confirmation, I was told that the notary was on vacation and I should have received an email from the store. I notified the staff that I never received a courtesy call or email indicating cancellation of the appointment. This was extremely inconvenient given my schedule and the least I expected was an apology.Instead they looked at me like I have three heads and then proceeded to suggest that I go to the Boynton Beach location. I asked if they could call over there for me or provide me with phone number or the address for that location and was told "they don't know it"...one of the employees even asked "Do you have an iphone"? Listen, I'm not asking for Ritz Carlton level service but I also don't expect a local business to treat me like I'm at the DMV. I understand that times are tough and if the staff were slammed busy, I would give them the benefit of doubt and carry on with my day. However, they were not busy and did not want to take the effort to assist me after being inconvenienced. If you are making an amazon return or shipping a package and don't need personalized attention then this location is sufficient. However, I do not recommend using this store for services outside the scope of mailing and packaging. UPS store you need to tighten up your operations.

Use this location for Amazon drop offs. Line can get a bit long if there's only one employee, but I'd rather wait a bit and make sure the return goes through than have them rush everyone and get it wrong! If I needed to ship anything, they always seem prepared with materials and I've never had a bad experience with employees. One time one of them came around the counter to show me the kiosk system, but it didn't work out and instead of putting us back in line, she went to another terminal and processed our return. No hesitation to keep going here.

THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES AND COWARDLY MANAGER! I have been a customer of this store for 20 years and mail packages out of there on average four days a week. Unfortunately, the store has hired a whole new set of employees. Pass employees were the nicest, and knew me on a personal name basis, and I've never had an issue on the 20 years I've been going there. However, in over the 40 years I have been a business owner, I have never come across such rude employees, especially while doing so in front of the store manager! I was doing some Amazon returns and had all of my codes ready on my phone. As I showed MIKE (A TRAINEE) my code, I would immediately scroll to the next code. Mike would print out the label, but would not put it on the box so all my boxes were starting to gather up on the countertop. As I looked for my next code MIKE started tapping his fingers on the countertop really obnoxiously so very nicely I said to him "I'm sorry but is there a problem?" And he ignored me. So the manager looked over at me and I looked at MIKE and said "if you would like to take another customer behind me while I get you the next code, I don't mind. But you don't have to be so rude". Then he said to me "you're the one being rude!" With the manager hearing all this he refused to say anything to Mike. So once again, I said "Mike, you are more than welcome to take someone behind me, but I have my next code ready." Then he said "I don't need to hear your life story!" So at that point I looked over at the manager and asked him "are you hearing how he is speaking to me?" And the manager didn't bother to do anything about it. All he did was offered to take me and finish up my packages. So after taking five more of my packages without any hassle the manager never once said I'm sorry l, didn't reprimand Mike, nothing. Two days prior to this pretty much the same incident happened but with this woman Shea. She was flustered as she had about 30 boxes piled up that she hadn't put away and was taking it out on the customers ahead of me and to me as well. I didn't say anything as everyone has a bad day, so I just blew it off. However, Mike's behavior today was Adaline. I highly recommend NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

Their customer service is nonexistent. Employees are very rude and don't read the fine print and insist they are correct.
