Don't waste your time or money with this place! I'm not surprised at all that this UPS store has so many 1 star reviews, if the option was available to give zero stars that is what I would give them. Completely unprofessional counter help along with the manager. When I called them to inquire why my package was not delivered on time as the employee had promised, the manager told me that I was going on and on and on, his exact words, and basically called myself and my husband a liar then proceeded to tell me he was going to hang up on me and goodbye. I have run a business for over 28 years and if I were to treat my customers this way I'd be out of business a long time ago. Save yourself the trouble and either go to a different UPS store or use another shipper. Goodbye!

This store is a joke! For a simple Amazon return you will face a huge line. They have ONE Amazon self service machine where they don’t limit amount of returns and people come with lots of items and stay scanning there over 30 minutes because they are not as fast as an attendant. Then they stop the whole line to get the big items these people brought. When I gave the suggestion about limiting the amount of items because the Amazon scan should be there for quick returns the attendant was completely rude, like it wasn’t their fault. Well, that’s their fault because they need to be on top of what is going on in the store and see when people are causing the whole flux to stop and get their 50 items scanned by the attendant because they are faster. SIMPLE!!! Any person with a little brain would try to organize the situation instead of allowing chaos to continue while they scan box playing nothing is going on

Dear lady in the front desk, you didn’t need to scream at me because I had the wrong bag. I was willing to buy the correct one. No need to humiliate me in front of a full store and said “I can’t read the screen”, I was just respectfully double checking with you that my package wasn’t proper. I hope you have a nice day and I’m sorry something is troubling you so bad to be this mean a Tuesday after a long weekend at 8:30 am, I was just your second customer today.

Just went in to return an Amazon package. Turns out I had to print the label at home, was charged $2.30 for them to print it. That one was on me for not realizing I needed to do that. But when I asked the gentleman if I could use their WIFI, to email the label to them to print, he had walked over to speak with 2 other employees, he proceeded to answer me with his back to me and sounded a bit irritated. I couldn’t find the correct wifi and asked again to which he stood there with his back to me again and responded. Finally another employee came over to help me. I am not sure if he was a manager, and I get it, I was frustrated, so he probably wasn’t happy with me, and I’m sure he has to have this conversation many times a day, but he at least, could have turned around to respond.

Customer service used to be really great here, exceptionally great. Now customer service is nonexistent and it’s exceptionally bad. Now you have to do all your own work and there is no customer service except for them to direct you to do something. I went there about three weeks ago and I’ve been there in the last few months and the same kind of thing happened but last time was the last straw. I was standing there in line and there was only one person in front of me and I left quickly. I was up and standing there with my small tower of four things but two boxes were a little bit bulky so I put two bags on top of the boxes and they fell off twice while I was standing there waiting for somebody to notice me. they were working doing something on their own. Finally, after dropping one of my items one more time I put it up on the front counter, which really only has room for the scale that they use. I wouldn’t be using the scale as I had planned out my visit to be quick and easy by labeling everything and no QR codes today as I have learned that QR codes means work yourself over on that little machine on the left, scan it get a receipt put in a bag, tape it up and throw it in some bin waiting for it to be handled later on.
So in this case, I thought there would be no trouble. They would just take them and give me a receipt real quick and I would be on my way. I was about to learn that this was not happening. So I had put them down and waited for somebody to respond and it took like a minute or two. (really miss when I used to have good customer service that would say hi there, what can I help you with?)
The employees from over a year ago and in the last eight years before this last year or so were really helpful and had a really great customer service skills, and most of all they were friendly.
So finally, one of the workers says to me oh, you can just leave them there.
I said I’m not just leaving them here I need a receipt.
He says oh if you want to get a receipt then you’ve gotta go over to that new machine thing over there and you gotta scan all over your boxes and bags. I like what? Oh what happened to the customer service?
He just looked at me and said nothing. I said OK I guess this is what I’m doing. So I started scanning them, but then you had to answer a couple of questions on the screen, and then finally press another button to get your receipt.
I think the last package I had, I was asking him something and I was standing there. I still had my package under the scanner and then he just says, you’re scanning it four times in a very rude tone.
Finally, I got finished and a few times he had to give me some instructions and it just sounded like he was rather annoyed.
The other employee never said one word to me, and he was the one that was behind the counter, and the other one was on the side of the longer part of the counter that was talking to me. Like I’m standing in line initially, and no one says anything behind the counter, which was unbelievable to me, having a background in customer service and sales, I was really shocked about how the customer service not only went from great to deplorable, but it went to absolutely none.
I left and I got my packages completed, but I said to myself, I’m never going back to this location again, even though it’s the one closest to me. I will just drive further to go to another one from now on… unless I stop in there one day pretty far from now, and find that the employees have been replaced with actual good customer service people.
I called corporate and asked if this was the new policy, they said NO!
That employee made me feel so uncomfortable, not to mention feeling very uncomfortable standing there in the “line” in the beginning, the only one in the store, with no one responding to me and they were just feet away.
I can’t imagine the boss or the owner of the store knows what is going on in there.

Shipped a letter. The idiot did not tell me UPS refuses to ship to a PO Box. Instead charges $22, for USPS shipping. Shameful deceitful, disgusting.

Incompetent notary. I scheduled to have some immigration stuffs that I need to make copies and be notarized. The notary flat out told me she can't because she doesn't know if my Green Card and foreign passport is real or not while she's holding the physical green card and passport....... based on her logic, nothing can be notarized because she can't deem the legitimacy original document presented in front of her. This is beyond common sense and basic logic.

I've been using this UPS store location for years for my Amazon returns. Lately, during the last three visits I was there, the staff were very very rude, shouting at me while making returns with their self-serve station. I'm uncomfortable even walking into the store anymore. I think I'm going to just drive the extra couple miles and go to the one in Boynton Beach from now on.

Update from last review: Today I took my Amazon returns here, where I have always received great service. Unfortunately, customer service has seriously declined since my last visit. I was required to use self-service for my returns for the first time ever. Initially, an employee helped but she left in the middle to do something else. She shouted instructions to me, which created a frustrating and embarrassing experience. I will never return to this store again.

Before shipping my item here at this store I used UPS calculator online and it showed it cost me $80 ground. Here though they told me $450 ground. I showed them the results for the calculator . Their response was to ship it online. PLEASE UPS MAIN look into this store operations. Something really wrong there. Also I need to mention that my multilayered package was in a BOX but they told me that is not good enough and you should get our box. Their box was $45 !!!! WILL NEVER GO TO UPS AGAIN. ONLY USPS and FEDEX.

Pebbles helped me and was very patient. She even improvised with my package to make it less to deliver. Great customer service and cool name!!!
