Have bought my all my tires at Tony's since he opened on Military Tr.
Last month, his staff put 2 tires on the front, and as I always do - I asked him not to tighten the lug nuts too tight in case I get a flat
Last Wednesday - I got a flat
6 hours - 2 mobile mechanics - and 2 tow truck drivers later, I had my car towed back home almost 70 miles - then towed over to Tony's the following morning
Oer the weekend - I noticed an increase in the wobbling in the front end of my car as I increase speed, and today I can see where the front two tires are not symmetrical - with the tire they replaced slightly angling out
So after making an appointment with my alignment guy today for 4:00 p.m. - I called Tony, asked him if I can have 5 minutes of his time - and - because he was having multiple conversations at the same time - had to tell him my story at least five times, over and over and over again
And when I finally asked him if he would like to pay half for my alignment - a measly $50 - he gave me the runaround and hung up on me
After everything I had gone through - and now have to go through with my alignment - all because of his staff okay - this is how the owner of the company treated me. and and I'm, at least I was until 10 minutes ago, a very good customer
DO NOT take your car here under any circumstances for tires, or anything else
You do so at your own risk and they will accept no responsibility whatsoever when they mess up your car
And that's the truth - the whole truth- and nothing but the truth
Pictured is the flat tire which would not come off (until they hammered it off and messed up my alignment) because their staff put the lug nuts on way too tight

Great customer service, Edward took great care of me had me in and out in 5 minutes and AWESOME PIRCES. Highly recommend this shop for new and use tire services. Even my son will be using them for his tires and tire services

Today I went, I give you 5 stars for the person you are and the prices, you always try to help with the prices, very good Tony, but the only thing I didn't like was how you help your workers without enthusiasm, you talk to them and they are on the phone, bad manners.

Prices used to be fair...... now they're just ridiculous. I called for a tire swap 275/55R20 and he told me it would be $150 with regular valve stem replacement( non sensored). Disgusting.

These guys were amazing. We got a flat tire and was towed to Tony’s Tires because they were open until 8 pm on a Saturday. It was the fastest service and they didn’t try to sell us anything more than what we needed! I will always go back to them!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. They are guardian angels. My husbands tire popped at a drive thru and they came very quickly and switched out his tire and they were so kind. Quick and to the point. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
