“I called Vinny at Bob Davis on a Thursday afternoon and explained my mechanical problem and he said I could bring it in the next day. I had multiple mechanics who couldn’t figure the problem previously. Vinny was able to fix the car in one day on a Friday and the car was running 10 times better. He gave a detailed invoice of the parts and labor that was completed and his price was very reasonable. He even checked in the following Monday to make sure the problem was solved and the car was still running good.”

“Gonz was extremely helpful, timely, and did a wonderful job on getting my 2023 Jewp Grand Cherokee and perfect shape again. I have a hybrid vehicle and so many other auto collision centers more exactly sure of the mechanics, but Gonz knew the ins-and-outs. Mr. Robert Gonz and Mrs. Ruby Bell were both extremely communicative and understanding of my situation and went out of their way to help me. I’m in the Navy and had to drive about six hours from base to go to them because they were highly recommended and I’m so glad I did. They dealt with the insurance company and helped me when I was put into a corner. If I ever have a problem with my car, I would definitely go to them again, without any hesitation. “I went to Ultimate Auto Service because a friend of mine recommend them. Pep Boys had told me my right front engine mount needed replacing and I wanted a second opinion. The mounts were inspected and were fine. They also told me my check engine light was on because my gas cap was loose. There was no charge for the service.”

“I went Friday for a tire change, my daughter ended up needing 911 called for her while I wasn’t home, I went back to the shop in a state of visible upset. The car was basically done already so I was waiting outside talking to the necessary parties about what was happening with my daughter. I went into pay after one of the employees saw me and told me the car was almost done. When I went inside is when I started praying, and the two gentlemen working asked if I was okay and what was happening. I explained and they hurried the inspection of my vehicle and told me the tire was covered and to go care for my daughter and not to worry about it. I returned Monday fully intending to pay for the repair and they refused to let me still. I left them a dozen donuts for a snack and a huge thank you to them for their kindness, courtesy and professionalism. They will always have my business. Thank you”

“I took my motorhome there last year as the front end seemed loose. When I called to schedule an alignment, Jasmine told me how the mechanic that does the alignment had left for the day and that she will call first thing the following morning.
The next following morning the phone rang and she said they could do the alignment so I brought it in and the alignment was done, AND THE STEERING WHEEL was aligned for a reasonable price. I was able to work in the waiting room and the other guys were great to talk to also.
I had the options of using a remote alignment service (at twice the price) or a shop whose person had the personality of a piece of paper.
I had used Elpex years ago for all my commercial truck tire and brake service needs and they are still as good as they were in the early 2000's. I will see you again Elpex. Thank you Jasmine and Team!!”

“Been going here since 2014 great service and reliable. If you are buying a used tire keep in mind that it is used and you get what you pay for they have no control over how reliable a used tire is so if you are complaining about a used tire that can possibly have a bubble in it that was your choice to buy used tire but 90% of the time they lasted until no thread left. Quality and service is great and reliable. Brakes oil change anything basic they will get done for you quick!”

“Amazing place with caring and efficient staff. Today I got 2 flat tires. I was so upset because I had a very busy work day but got stuck on side of road instead. I was referred to them and called while waiting for a tow. The woman I spoke with, Lupa, was soo kind and helpful. I was freaking out and she helped calm me down. She said I could bring my car in and they’d fix it on the spot. I got the tow a few hours later, called them again to advise I’m on the way. When I arrived, I was tended to immediately. Their prices are so reasonable and the technicians knew exactly what to do. Within 30 minutes I was out. They quite literally saved the day. I’m beyond thankful.”

“Very grateful for this shop. I had to help my elderly mother (remotely) by sourcing a trustworthy shop for tires / alignment / front end check for my mother's older model Corolla. I called around and felt a sense of trust after speaking to Jay. We talked through the options and decided to go for the alignment as well.
