Just picked up a new Iphone, got home and ran into some issues, stopped back in and Brandon demonstrated remarkable efficiency and dedication in resolving my issue. He was friendly, professional and patient, providing an effective solution to resolve my issue. T-Mobile's commitment to customer satisfaction was truly evident, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. I appreciate their proactive approach and the seamless resolution of my concern. Highly Recommend!

I was here yesterday to upgrade my phone and got AMAZING deals with it, which saved me WAY more money than I expected… & this couldn’t have happened without Brandon’s exceptional service. Truly the best person there & it was a great experience.

A little late in posting but Michelle is amazing. She helped me with my One Plus on making sure everything that could be saved was saved before a factory reset. She also ordered me my new screen protector and I just need to go in to have it put on. Thank You Michelle

Store was packed, but luckily I went to their quickest and most professional representative of the east coast! Michelle S got me in and out in less than 5 minutes! Wow that's what I call customer service

My wife and I had decided to switch over to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for the last 15 years. The last few years Verizon's service had been getting worse for us... and their prices kept creeping up. We tried the 90 day free trial of T-Mobile and found it to be better cell service.I tried to do the switching process on T-Mobile's webpage but ran into some difficulty. So Sunday afternoon we drove up to the Lantana and Jog store to get some assistance with the switch.'Michelle' was the representative that greeted us and once we explained to her what we were there to do she sat us down and started the process. I had visited another T-Mobile store when I was starting the 90 free trial and the employees there had absolutely no clue about anything. Michelle was the total opposite of this.I watched as she went through the process of entering the data and it was apparent that she had done this many times before because when the 'next' screen would appear her finger would already be in position to enter the next data.In addition to be lightning quick she was very friendly and personable. She 'lightly' tried to up sale us to a 'Plus' plan but when we told her that we had already chosen the best plan for us she was fine with that and her demeanor did not change at all. Very accommodating.My past experience at these types of stores has been nothing special to evoke a response... but my wife and I both agreed that Michelle is a huge asset to her employer and one of the more pleasant 'shopping' experiences we have encountered in quite a while.

waited a hour just to be told iphone 15 pro is in back order its obvious asociate just wants to go home she did not push to sell me the product terrible service every time i get the same puffy hair agent no effort is made

I give this T Mobile so much praise because I had switched to T Mobile & had some problems with my IPhone,nothing is perfect. Anyway we got there about thirty minutes before closing and the Manager Christopher and Adrian were so kind,didn't rush us,they were professional,making sure they could get my issue corrected and they did. I highly recommend this T Mobile,I thought the Manager here as a "well oiled machine".The Store is kept up and beautiful actually. Thank You again Chris & Adrian! These two are a asset to T Mobiles Success!

This T-Mobile store is one of many I've used. I find the environment clean, organized, and well stocked. Wait times are reasonable and staff is respectful and very knowledgeable. Manager Chris is knowledgeable and organized. He seems to take pride in the store and ensures that employees are responsive and helpful. He consistently ensures good service.

I went to this store to get a new phone and a new plan with my dad who actually doesn’t know much about technology… and we had an amazing experience with Michelle, she was helpful and very patience.. Everything went perfect!!!
