We scheduled a tile and grout cleaning for our lt. beige, mottled ceramic tile floors. Mopping them just wasn't sufficient. Malik and DJ showed up on the earlier side of our window. They took measurements to confirm our original quote. Both men have been with this franchise for over 5 years. They were professional, friendly and really put in the work to give us the best possible result. Boy did they! Looks like new floors. Very pleased.

The 2 service men Eduardo & Malik arrived at my home on time, they were well groomed and dressed in their clean uniforms,they introduced themselves, looked over the job and went to work. I am so happy! From the first phone call to Gene and Anthony cleaning my carpets. I am so pleased with the job Gene and Anthony did. They were on time, professional, courteous and informative. Gene answered all of my questions and even gave me helpful advice before he left. I took his advice and put a towel at the bottom of the stairs until the carpet has dried. This prevented me from slipping on my tile floor. So thankful! Liz Dunn

I just received services from two workers from Stanley Steemer, Becker and Rino, and they did a great job. They were so polite and helpful, and by the way they worked, I could tell they have been working there for a while. I am so happy to have come across these two individuals. Now my carpet is clean!

The technician used one of my dishes to pick up debris from the floor… it was convenient because it was nearby.. he saw I was as upset, so he immediately apologized.. this was UNACCEPTABLE..

The WORST customer service experience I ever had. I spoke with Sarah, a Supervisor who was very unprofessional. I placed a very specific order which was incorrect. She the email was sent to me, but I never receive. I checked my spam. She was accusatory. I'm absolutely flabbergasted over this experience.
