The sales center gave me wrong information stating that if for any reason I would want to cancel, they would give me a full refund, when I canceled because the size of the units were not what they said it was, one of the reps in the office started to give me a hassle about keeping a fee, contrary of the info, one nice young gentleman try to help me and gave me a receipt for a full refund, then 3 dsys went to 7 days because of managent mishandlings supposedly then to 14 days more, and a partial payment was refunded and when I called again they blame management and the system, my recomendation DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY SEE THE UNIT, THEY DON'T LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD ON REFUNDS.
I DON'T THINK THEY ARE TOO SMART GETTING THIS TYPE OF REVIEWS FOR A FEW DOLLARS!!!!
IT'S NOT THE AMOUNT , I LOST TIME AND MONEY. PLUS AGRAVATION!!!

Best storage company to use! Wallace is a star - he is very helpful, professional, honest and knows everything there is to know. So happy I decided to choose this place and recommend anyone here - hopefully you get Wallace as he’s so kind but if not I’m sure you’ll be happy with the service here

Cane in to SmartStop today to rent a unit it was very clean and overall great process. Outstanding job Anita and Wallace on meeting all my needs and expectations. I'm glad I was able to store here with staff that are on property 7 days a week

What a great storage facility, cleanest I've ever seen and the employees love their job , and it really shows . Most storages I've ever experience, extremely mean employees not trying to help , attitude like we are bothering them . Not here thank you anita and Wallace . You make the experience a pleasure .
