Sloan got the products, schedule the install and executed. Service men were on time, friendly and professional. They corrected the situation and I am very satisfied. Covid-19 has effected everyone but they never gave up!!

It took SEVERAL times for them to get the measurements and even more set up appointments with no-shows and excuses. Hard to believe they have been in business locally for years.... My landlord used them but I would not have even if they were they cheapest in town.... Not to mention I know other people who have used them recently and their experience was horrid.

The technician came on time to do the estimate and gave us a verbal quote. However, I asked for a written quote several times and never got one. I needed this quote so I can compare prices and services side by side. They were the cheapest (based on the verbal quote) but I do not contract anybody's services without having a written quote. I hired the services of another company that was a lot more professional.

I called for a quote and the salesman showed up for the appointment right on time. He fully explained the product and the installation procedures. He showed me a sample and answered all my questions. We signed a contract for installation and everything went just as expected. Shutters were installed on time. The installers were very professional and worked quickly and neatly. All inspections passed on the first visit. Great company to work with. Top quality products.

I requested an appointment for a quote and the salesman showed up on time. He fully explained the accordion shutters and the installation. He showed me a sample and answered all my questions. He gave me a quote quickly. After agreeing and signing a contract everything went smoothly. All work was done professionally and on time. Great quality product and professional people, hard to ask for more.

This is the second time I have used Sloan Hurricane. The first time was for my house, and they were so great, I referred them to my place of business. Very professional, timely, and very fair pricing. The owner talks to you personally. In today's technical world, it is so refreshing to know you are dealing with real people and that you matter! Would recommend and use them again!

I have just had the pleasure of having Sloan Hurricane put accordion shutters on my back patio! I am very impressed with this company and as well all the people I spoke with! We ordered the in the end of May and they are already up! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs them! One of my customers has been on her shutter company since april for matinence for her shutters and I already have an appointment with Sloan for 7/22! They are a great company to work with!

I had this company install 7 accordion shutters. Everything went quite well. The installation was professionally done. The installers were both competent and courteous. The delivery of the shutters took a little bit longer than expected but no real complaint on that issue. I would certainly recommend this company. I'm aware of some of these negative reviews but my experience with this company (from sales presentation to installation) has been quite good.

If I could give this business a zero I would. We signed a contract with this company in April 2018 and were promised our hurricane screens by June 2018. This is when the problems started. The blame game began when they finally came in August. The screens did not fit because they structure was not measured properly. We were told it was the fault of a previously fired salesman. Not a customers issue. Then twice more with a bad fit. Again, had to be remade. Thank God it was a quiet hurricane season. Back in August my husband made a call to Mark Sloan ( owner) who could not have been ruder. Finally in January, 8 months after being promised they came. It's interesting that with there inability to meet there timeline they managed to get me a bill in less then 24 hrs. I was so upset by this that I called the office and had a fairly pleasant conversation with an office staff member. But I asked for a call from the owner. That never happened. My husband does the bills once a month. My husband and I were both called 2 weeks after the bill came looking for their money. I was so offended by the attitude and expressed that. Next thing the wife of the owner took the phone and screamed at me so aggressively. I owned a customer service for 7 years and never spoke to anyone in a tone even close to this. She told me I had 48 hrs to pay in full or she was calling a lawyer and putting a lien on my home. I called my own attorney who advised me to go pay the bill and get a release on the lien. I did this. When I got to the office she questioned why my check was pre-dated. I asked her to give me my paperwork and did not engage anymore. My advice don't ever use this company. They are not accountable and treat customers terribly.

Great team! Perfect installation and easy decision making process. If you want it done right, stick with Sloan. Thank you for putting new windows on my house that was built in 1952!!!
