Dropped a star because the worker didn’t know how to use the SW app which seems like pretty needed information for a SW employee. Otherwise they were helpful and we got what we needed. Will be returning again soon.

If you identify as an African American, I advise against visiting this location(10101 Lantana Rd Ste A, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33449). I would rate this experience zero stars if possible. On 11/13/23, at around 4:30 pm, my sister and I visited the store to purchase paints for our kitchen cabinets. Upon entering, we observed two employees at the counter and one standing in front of it engaged in conversation amongst themselves. There was no greeting such as "Hello" or "Welcome to Sherwin Williams, how can we assist you?" This lack of acknowledgment struck us as odd. Despite browsing the paint section and examining colors, we received no recognition whatsoever. It felt as though we were invisible. The employees continued their conversation without offering assistance or even asking if we needed help. After waiting for 10 minutes, we left the store, and there was still no attempt to engage with us. In my opinion, these individuals are unfit for their roles. Their behavior was unprofessional, lacking in education, and appeared to be racially biased. My advice to them is to work from home if unable to interact with a diverse range of people. We ended up going to Lowe's where we received outstanding customer service.

Slowest Sherwin Williams store in the area. Every time I go there it’s always a wait to get even the smallest orders. Avoid this store if at all possible…

Santiago was absolutely fantastic!!! Older worker also phenomenal. I bought quarts to try colors. Wasn’t happy so returned to store. Santiago worked with me to modify colors to my liking. I’ll be returning to buy gallon sizes. Phenomenal service esp in these times when customer service is no longer a value except at Sherwin wms. Thank you.

Came in Friday for samples phenomenal service, i painted and came back Saturday to grab the paint. Strongly advise to shop during the week. Short staffed on weekends.. greeted immediately, but with one worker took over 30 minutes to get paint with paint codes in hand.

I went to this location after leaving another in the area. I was looking for specific color swatches and had the pleasure of working with Isaac. He really knew the color line! It took him minutes to locate the swatches I needed. At the previous store the employee kept having to look at the computer. This store and Isaac are the best in the area.

We were so happy with our service with Jais. He was very helpful and extremely personable, we came back multiple times throughout the day and he remembered who we were and what we needed. Would definitely come back and request him!

I went to the store to match a chip of paint, and Martin was able to match it perfectly.Martin is very kind and friendly. He noticed I was an Air Force veteran and mentioned his son was going to be getting sworn in at MEPS in Miami very soon. We talked for a couple of minutes about his son, my military experience, and that I've recently become a local resident.Martin made my Sherwin-Williams experience enjoyable. His personality and great customer service are why I will be back for all of my painting needs. Thank you, Martin!

Very pleasant ppl working behind the counter they had everything I need to paint my house from the paint to the tape down to the drop clothes at an affordable price as well definitely coming back here
